背景技术
在光纤行业测试中,所使用的测试光源通常是装有激光器的机架,光学透镜组件通过一个固定圈与机架连接,在光学透镜组件前有测试元件连接盘,使用时需要对光源焦点偏移进行调整,现有技术是采用复杂的光学结构进行调整,操作发杂、成本高、不能满足生产实际的需要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述问题,提出一种简易的、满足生产实际需要的非接触式测试光源焦点偏移调整装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是:本实用新型的一种非接触式测试光源焦点偏移调整装置,它包括装有激光器的机架,光学透镜组件通过一个固定圈与装有激光器的机架连接,其特征在于测试元件连接盘连接在一个调整盘上,调整盘与光学透镜组件之间有一个调整垫圈。
本实用新型的非接触式测试光源焦点偏移调整装置,由于把测试元件连接盘连接在一个调整盘上,调整盘与光学透镜组件之间有一个调整垫圈,利用螺钉松紧程度对调整垫圈单边的挤压,测试元件连接座发生微小的偏转,使得测试元件与光源焦点的偏离得到调整。
