Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种三脚架脚管锁紧装置,包括套在脚管上的扳扣底座、扳扣和钢带,所述扳扣底座呈圆环状并设有开口,所述扳扣包括凸轮和扣板,所述凸轮轴连接在扳扣底座的一端,所述扣板的一端固定在凸轮上,其另一端沿扳扣底座向内弯曲成弧形,所述钢带绕过凸轮并与扣板反向固定在扳扣底座的另一端。本实用新型将扳扣轴连接在扳扣底座的一端,将钢带绕过扳扣的凸轮后反向固定在另一端,利用凸轮转动原理,凸轮在转动过程中逐渐加大对钢带的拉力,使扳扣底座产生变形从而压紧脚管,当凸轮转到最大距离后,凸轮继续转动带动扳扣的扣板在钢带的反作用力下紧贴到扳扣底座上,实现脚管的快速锁紧。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种三脚架脚管锁紧装置,属于摄影器材辅助部件技术领域。
背景技术
现有的摄影三脚架的脚管扳扣组件大都是通过螺杆螺丝组合扳扣进行锁紧的。这种锁紧结构虽然能实现锁紧功能,但其缺点是:锁紧结构体积大且笨重,影响脚架的整体体积和重量,不方便携带;且锁紧过程麻烦,不利用操作。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种三脚架脚管锁紧装置。
本实用新型通过采取以下技术方案予以实现:
一种三脚架脚管锁紧装置,包括套在脚管上的扳扣底座、扳扣和钢带,所述扳扣底座呈圆环状并设有开口,所述扳扣包括凸轮和扣板,所述凸轮轴连接在扳扣底座的一端,所述扣板的一端固定在凸轮上,其另一端沿扳扣底座向内弯曲成弧形,所述钢带绕过凸轮并与扣板反向固定在扳扣底座的另一端。
优选的是,该三脚架脚管锁紧装置还包括调节结构,所述调节结构固定在扳扣底座上,其一端压在脚管上,用于调节锁紧程度,其具体结构如下:所述调节结构包括压块和调节螺丝,所述压块置于扳扣底座与脚管之间,所述调节螺丝旋转贯穿扳扣底座并压在压块上,通过旋转调节螺丝调节压块对脚管的作用力,来实现整个锁紧装置的松紧调节。
优选的是,所述凸轮通过插轴轴连接在扳扣底座上。
与现有技术相比较,本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型将扳扣轴连接在扳扣底座的一端,将钢带绕过扳扣的凸轮后反向固定在另一端,利用凸轮转动原理,凸轮在转动过程中逐渐加大对钢带的拉力,使扳扣底座产生变形从而压紧脚管,当凸轮转到最大距离后,凸轮继续转动带动扳扣的扣板在钢带的反作用力下紧贴到扳扣底座上,实现脚管的快速锁紧。本实用新型结构简单,体积小,重量轻,方便携带,且操作方便,实用性广。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的最佳实施例作详细描述。
如图1至图4所示,本实施例的三脚架脚管锁紧装置包括套在脚管1上的扳扣底座2、扳扣3、钢带4和调节结构5,该脚管1内套有开口手指6,脚管连接管7套在开口手指6内,可以在开口手指6内自由抽动;所述扳扣底座2呈圆环状并设有开口,所述扳扣3包括凸轮31和扣板32,所述凸轮31通过插轴轴连接在扳扣底座2的一端,所述扣板32的一端固定在凸轮31上,其另一端沿扳扣底座2向内弯曲成弧形,所述钢带4绕过凸轮31并与扣板32反向通过螺丝固定在扳扣底座2的另一端,所述调节结构5固定在扳扣底座2上,其一端压在脚管1上。其中,脚管连接管7与脚管1之间采用开口手指6连接,可避免脚管1在扳扣底座2的压力下变形时不会压坏脚管连接管7;所述调节结构5主要用于调节整个三脚架脚管锁紧装置的松紧程度。该三脚架脚管锁紧装置将扳扣3轴连接在扳扣底座2的一端,将钢带4绕过扳扣3的凸轮31后反向固定在扳扣底座2的另一端,利用凸轮转动原理,凸轮31在转动过程中逐渐加大对钢带4的拉力,使扳扣底座2产生变形从而实现压紧脚管1,当凸轮31转到最大距离后,在钢带4的反作用力下,凸轮31继续转动带动扳扣3的扣板32紧贴到扳扣底座2上,如图1所示状态,实现锁紧效果。当要松开锁紧装置时,只要将扣板32向外掰动,扣板32带动凸轮31转动转过最大距离后,凸轮31对钢带4的作用力逐渐减少,使扳扣底座2回复到松弛状态,如图3所示状态,此时,扳扣底座2对脚管1并没有压力,脚管连接管7对可以在开口手指6中抽动,实现脚管1的长短调节和连接。
在本实施例中,该调节结构5的具体结构如下:所述调节结构5包括压块51和调节螺丝52,所述压块51置于扳扣底座2与脚管1之间,所述调节螺丝52旋转贯穿扳扣底座2并压在压块51上,通过旋转调节螺丝52调节压块51对脚管1的作用力,来实现整个锁紧装置的松紧调节。当然,该调节结构5还可以采用其他结构,只要能实现整个锁紧装置的松紧调节功能即可。

Claims (4)
1.一种三脚架脚管锁紧装置,其特征在于包括套在脚管上的扳扣底座、扳扣和钢带,所述扳扣底座呈圆环状并设有开口,所述扳扣包括凸轮和扣板,所述凸轮轴连接在扳扣底座的一端,所述扣板的一端固定在凸轮上,其另一端沿扳扣底座向内弯曲成弧形,所述钢带绕过凸轮并与扣板反向固定在扳扣底座的另一端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三脚架脚管锁紧装置,其特征在于还包括调节结构,所述调节结构固定在扳扣底座上,其一端压在脚管上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的三脚架脚管锁紧装置,其特征在于所述调节结构包括压块和调节螺丝,所述压块置于扳扣底座与脚管之间,所述调节螺丝旋转贯穿扳扣底座并压在压块上。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的三脚架脚管锁紧装置,其特征在于所述凸轮通过插轴轴连接在扳扣底座上。
