本实用新型涉及一种压缩机,更确切的说是一种杠杆式纱布压缩机。
背景技术
纱布是一种经纬稀疏的棉织品。属纺织原料，布类，特点是稀疏，有明显的网格。密度为每英寸经纬相加100根以下，50根左右居多，也有低于10根的。产品有卷装或匹装，像口罩纱布，蚊帐纱布，婴儿尿布、棉被纱布套等。纱布压缩机是用于纱布压缩以方便的压缩工具,现有的纱布压缩机采用的螺栓旋转使纱布压缩，这种方式压缩纱布的过程十分缓慢，大大降低了纱布压缩效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种杠杆式纱布压缩机，能够解决上述的问题。
本实用新型为实现上述目的，通过以下技术方案实现：
    一种杠杆式纱布压缩机，包括底座，底座上部安装滑轨，滑轨上安装滑块，滑块的上部安装壳体，壳体为管状壳体，壳体的下部一侧开设进料口，壳体内安装活塞，活塞的外周与壳体的内壁配合，底座的上部一侧安装支撑杆，支撑杆上安装压轴，压轴的一端与支撑杆的上端铰接，压轴的中部安装连接杆，连接杆的上端与压轴铰接，连接杆的下端连接活塞。
为了进一步实现本实用新型的目的，还可以采用以下技术方案:所述压轴的一端安装防护套。所述底座的下部安装连接块，连接块的下部竖直开设第二螺孔，第二螺孔内安装丝杆，丝杆的下端安装垫块，垫块的下部安装摩擦垫。

一种杠杆式纱布压缩机，如图1所示，包括底座10，底座10上部安装滑轨9，滑轨9上安装滑块7，滑块7的上部安装壳体6，壳体6为管状壳体，壳体6的下部一侧开设进料口4，壳体6内安装活塞3，活塞3的外周与壳体6的内壁配合，底座10的上部一侧安装支撑杆8，支撑杆8上安装压轴5，压轴5的一端与支撑杆8的上端铰接，压轴5的中部安装连接杆2，连接杆2的上端与压轴5铰接，连接杆2的下端连接活塞3。本实用新型提供了一种利用杠杆原理对纱布进行压缩的装置。本实用新型的活塞3通过连接杆2与压轴5的中部连接，当杠杆式纱布压缩机使用者向下压压轴5的一端时，活塞3向下压动壳体6内的纱布使纱布压缩，压缩纱布过程快捷，大大提高了纱布压缩效率。本实用新型的滑轨9与滑块7配合，滑块7在滑轨9上滑动可以抵消压轴5在向下压活塞3时活塞3产生的水平向位移，避免壳体6歪倒。本实用新型的进料口4可以方便壳体6放入纱布。
    所述压轴5的一端安装防护套1。本实用新型的防护套1可以避免杠杆式纱布压缩机使用者在手握压轴5时，压轴5损伤使用者的手部。
    所述底座10的下部安装连接块16，连接块16的下部竖直开设第二螺孔17，第二螺孔17内安装丝杆18，丝杆18的下端安装垫块19，垫块19的下部安装摩擦垫20。本实用新型的丝杆18与第二螺孔17配合，可以自由拧紧和放松，从而调整丝杆18露出第二螺孔17的长度。本实用新型的摩擦垫20可以增大本实用新型与被放置平面的摩擦力，防止本实用新型从被放置平面上滑脱。
