本实用新型涉及一种太阳能海水淡化器,以实现利用太阳能淡化海水的目的。
为实现上述的目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种负压式海水淡化装置,包含:
平板透明玻璃(1)、后结构加强板(2)、反光铝箔(3)、淡水槽(4)、淡水引出管(5)、蒸发毛毡(6)、海水(7)、海水进口(8)、海水备用箱(9)、自动进水开关(10);如附图1所示。
以下结合附图,说明本实用新型的技术构造及方法:平板透明玻璃(1)安装于淡化器的前面,面向太阳,倾斜安装,在淡化器的后侧,安装有后结构加强板(2),在后结构加强板(2)上,覆盖有反光铝箔(3),在平板透明玻璃(1)的下沿,安装有淡水槽(4),用于收集气化冷凝后的淡水,在淡水槽(4)安装有淡水引出管(5),用于放出淡水,淡化器下部铺设有蒸发毛毡(6),蒸发毛毡(6)下面是一层海水(7),海水由海水进口(8)引入,海水备用箱(9)液面与淡化器内的蒸发毛毡(6)在同一水平,外部海水由自动进水开关(10),自动引入,当海水备用箱(9)水位低于自动水位时,外部海水由自动进水开关(10)打开,引入海水,当当海水备用箱(9)水位到达指定水位时,外部海水由自动进水开关(10)关闭。
