技术领域:本实用新型涉及电工机械设备,具体涉及一种嵌线机上用于槽楔纸送给的送纸辊快换装置。
背景技术:在电机的生产制造过程中,由于电机定子的槽楔纸需要根据电机要求的不同,而更换相应的槽楔纸,而根据槽楔纸不同需要在嵌线机上更换不同的送纸辊,而目前市场上所售嵌线机的送纸辊是与送纸法兰轴螺栓固定连接,存在拆卸更换费时费力的缺点。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,操作方便,能快速更换不同型号的送纸辊,缩短更换时间的送纸辊快换装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种送纸辊快换装置,其特征是:在送纸主动法兰轴的法兰端面上均布有第一磁铁和驱动销;送纸主动齿轮辊套在送纸主动法兰轴一端;在送纸主动齿轮辊的齿轮端面上均布有与驱动销配合的驱动销孔,在第一磁铁的作用下送纸主动齿轮辊的齿轮端面与送纸主动法兰轴的法兰端面紧密贴合;在送纸从动法兰轴的法兰端面上均布有第二磁铁,送纸从动齿轮辊套在送纸从动法兰轴一端,送纸从动齿轮辊在第二磁铁的作用下与送纸从动法兰轴的法兰端面紧密贴合;送纸主动齿轮辊和送纸从动齿轮辊齿轮啮合。
由于采用上述技术方案,更换送纸辊时,可将送纸从动齿轮辊和送纸主动齿轮辊分别从侧面拉出;将需要更换的送纸主动齿轮辊套在送纸主动法兰轴上使传动销孔与传动销对正在第一磁铁的作用下使两端面紧密贴合,送纸从动齿轮辊在第二磁铁的作用下使其与从动法兰轴两端面紧密贴合,再将送纸从动齿轮辊和送纸主动齿轮辊推回原位即可。因而具有结构简单,操作方便能快速更换送纸辊的优点。

具体实施方式:参考图1—图3。一种送纸辊快换装置,在送纸主动法兰轴2的法兰端面上均布有第一磁铁1和驱动销3;送纸主动齿轮辊5套在送纸主动法兰轴2一端;在送纸主动齿轮辊5的齿轮端面上均布有与驱动销配合的驱动销孔,在第一磁铁1的作用下送纸主动齿轮辊5的齿轮端面与送纸主动法兰轴2的法兰端面紧密贴合;在送纸从动法兰轴4的法兰端面上均布有第二磁铁7,送纸从动齿轮辊6套在送纸从动法兰轴4一端,送纸从动齿轮辊6在第二磁铁7的作用下与送纸从动法兰轴4的法兰端面紧密贴合;送纸主动齿轮辊5和送纸从动齿轮辊6齿轮啮合。工作时,通过送纸主动法兰轴带动送纸主动齿轮辊驱动送纸从动辊及送纸从动法兰轴完成槽楔送给动作即可。

1.一种送纸辊快换装置,其特征是:在送纸主动法兰轴(2)的法兰端面上均布有第一磁铁(1)和驱动销(3);送纸主动齿轮辊(5)套在送纸主动法兰轴(2)一端;在送纸主动齿轮辊(5)的齿轮端面上均布有与驱动销配合的驱动销孔,在第一磁铁(1)的作用下送纸主动齿轮辊(5)的齿轮端面与送纸主动法兰轴(2)的法兰端面紧密贴合;在送纸从动法兰轴(4)的法兰端面上均布有第二磁铁(7),送纸从动齿轮辊(6)套在送纸从动法兰轴(4)一端,送纸从动齿轮辊(6)在第二磁铁(7)的作用下与送纸从动法兰轴(4)的法兰端面紧密贴合;送纸主动齿轮辊(5)和送纸从动齿轮辊(6)齿轮啮合。
