本实用新型涉及一种用于连铸连轧生产线的铝水过滤装置，尤其是一种复式结构泡沫陶瓷过滤板构成的铝液在线过滤装置。
背景技术
众所周知，在铝连铸连轧生产中，铝液中的各种杂质，主要是氧化物、碳化物、氢化物，硬质元素及化合物，这些都是铝杆生产过程中产生疏松、气孔、针孔的根源，这些根源还显著破坏基体的连续性、损害铝杆的力学性能、降低基体的流动性、恶化加工性能。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种制造成本低且过滤精度高的新型铝液在线过滤装置。
本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的：
一种铝液在线过滤装置，包括过滤箱1、分隔板2和过滤板3，所述分隔板2设置在过滤箱1内，过滤板3一端连接分隔板2底部，另一端连接过滤箱1侧壁。
所述过滤板3与水平面呈5-30度夹角。
本实用新型的有益效果是：

如图1所示，一种铝液在线过滤装置，包括过滤箱1、分隔板2和过滤板3，所述分隔板2设置在过滤箱1内，过滤板3一端连接分隔板2底部，另一端连接过滤箱1侧壁。过滤板3与水平面呈5-30度夹角。
分隔板2阻断铝液，利用铝液的重力通过过滤板3，过滤后的铝液到达过滤箱1后部，完成过滤。
在同一过滤箱中可放不同规格的过滤板3，如30ppi，50ppi和60ppi，
本实用新型主要由铝液过滤箱1，内置的分隔板2，过滤板3组成。铝液从过滤箱入口端流入后经过滤板过滤，然后得到高洁净度的铝液。例如：在同一过滤箱中可放不同规格的过滤板，如30ppi，50ppi和60ppi，根据流速和过滤要求可选用不同的过滤板。
本实用新型主要由铝液过滤箱，分隔板和过滤布组成。铝液从过滤箱入口端流入后利用重力经过滤板过滤，得到高洁净度的铝液。本实用新型制造成本低，实用性强，过滤效果强，是一种理想的铝液在线过滤装置。
