 本实用新型涉及药物混合领域，尤其是能提高药物混合度及混合速度的混合机领域。
背景技术
目前公知的V型混合机，混合容器的形状为V字型，V型容器在竖直方向上绕转轴旋转，药物在V型容器的尖端和两分支之间往复运动，达到混合的目的。但药物在混合过程始终是在V型容器分支分成两部分，然后再在V型容器尖端混合，药物在容器中运动形式单一，药物混合度低，混合速度缓慢。所以有设计一种能提高药物混合度及混合速度的混合机的必要。
发明内容
为了解决V型混合机中药物混合度低，混合速度缓慢的问题，本实用新型提供了一种混合机。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
    混合机，由底座、转轴、电机、V型容器、控制区、搅拌棒和排料口组成。转轴连接在底座上部，V型容器固定在转轴中部，电机位于V型容器尖端的内侧，电机的转子伸入V型容器且连接若干搅拌棒，排料口位于V型容器的尖端，控制区位于底座右端。在使用本混合机时，先在V型容器中装入适量的药物，调节控制区，V型容器将绕转轴在底座上旋转，药物便在V型容器中往复运动。同时，电机运转，带动搅拌棒绕转子旋转，不断对运动中的药物进行搅拌，使各个部位的药物进一步相互混合。由于搅拌棒的不断运动，加速了药物的相互混合，提高了药物的混合度。待药物混合完毕后，通过排料口排出，完成混合。
本实用新型的有益效果是通过设置搅拌棒，达到提高药物混合度和混合速度的效果。

具体实施方式
如图所示，转轴2连接在底座1上部，V型容器4固定在转轴2中部，电机3位于V型容器4尖端的内侧，电机3的转子伸入V型容器4且连接若干搅拌棒6，排料口7位于V型容器4的尖端，控制区5位于底座1右端。在使用本混合机时，先在V型容器4中装入适量的药物，调节控制区5，V型容器4将绕转轴2在底座1上旋转，药物便在V型容器4中往复运动。同时，电机3运转，带动搅拌棒6绕转子旋转，不断对运动中的药物进行搅拌，使各个部位的药物进一步相互混合。由于搅拌棒6的不断运动，加速了药物的相互混合，提高了药物的混合度。待药物混合完毕后，通过排料口7排出，完成混合。本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，成本低，实用性强，易于推广。
