背景技术
目前，在化工厂生产中的氮气储存装置，随着时间的延长，易与氧气发生氧化反应，会产生对人体有害的物质，不光是产品质量下降，还严重影响人们的身体健康。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种使用效果的化工厂防氧化装置，其技术方案为：罐体外顶部连接压力表和呼吸阀，外前侧设有液晶显示屏和观察窗，罐体外左侧下部通过出气阀连接出口管线，罐体外右侧上部通过压力阀连接氮气储存罐，氮气储存罐通过气阀连接氮气管线，外右侧中下部通过单向阀连接进气阀，进气阀通过进气泵连接进气管线。
本实用新型采用上述结构后，由于设计合理实用，抗氧化效果好，从根本上解决了氧化的问题，提高了产品质量，适合普遍推广使用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，化工厂防氧化装置，主要由罐体1、压力表2、呼吸阀3、压力阀4、氮气储存罐5、气阀6、氮气管线7、液晶显示屏8、观察窗9、单向阀10、进气阀11、进气泵12、进气管线13、出气阀14和出口管线15构成；罐体1外顶部连接压力表2和呼吸阀3，外前侧设有液晶显示屏8和观察窗9，罐体1外左侧下部通过出气阀14连接出口管线15，罐体1外右侧上部通过压力阀4连接氮气储存罐5，氮气储存罐5通过气阀6连接氮气管线7，外右侧中下部通过单向阀10连接进气阀11，进气阀11通过进气泵12连接进气管线13。
本实用新型工艺流程：将氮气储存罐5中的氮利用压力阀4送入罐体1内，起到与空气隔绝的作用，呼吸阀3可在罐体1内压力达到设定值时自动打开，通过观察窗9和液晶显示屏8观看氮气变化及储存时间。
