本实用新型涉及轮船管装技术领域，具体是一种主机滑油投油滤器。
背景技术
原用老滤器为￠500mm*700mm，作业时间需要12天左右，一条船滤纸大约需要29平方米。老滤器的截面积小，造成介质的流速小，投油时间过长。不能充分的把滑油循环舱内的滑油循环，造成过多的颗粒停留在舱内。即：消耗大，成本高，作业时间长，作业效果差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种主机滑油投油滤器，以克服现有技术中存在的缺陷。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案实现：
一种主机滑油投油滤器，所述滤器的滤芯为圆桶状，在滤芯的进出口分别设置进口阀及出口阀，在滤芯的下部设置有泄放阀。
作为一种优选的实施方式，它还包括滤芯盖，所述滤芯盖置于滤芯的上部。
作为一种优选的实施方式，所述滤芯的直径为510mm，高度为470mm。

结合图1，一种主机滑油投油滤器，滤器的滤芯1为圆桶状，在滤芯1的进出口分别设置进口阀2（DN200，蝶阀）及出口阀3（DN200，蝶阀），在滤芯1的下部设置有泄放阀4（DN32，不锈钢球阀）。滤芯1的直径为510mm，高度为470mm。滤芯盖5置于滤芯1的上部。为了便于更换滤纸和清洁滤器，所以在滤器底部增加了泄放管。
使用本实用新型比原用老滤器可节省5天时间（原来需要12天左右），购买每平方滤纸要224.23元，改进后一条船滤纸大约24平方米（原来需要29平方米）。现每条船主机滑油舱投油需要7天左右、人数大约4人左右，滤纸大约24平方米。全年以24条船为例，1年可节省：(8人*5天*6小时*11.13元/工时单价=2671.2元）+（5平方米*224.23元/每平方米滤纸单价=1121.15元）*24条船=91016.4元。2年、3年…。
