技术领域：本实用新型设计一种钻井施工洗眼器，属劳动保护技术领域。
技术背景：
洗眼器在绝大多数工厂、实验室和医院广泛采用。其目的用于减少有毒有害物对职工身体的伤害，广泛应用于石油、化工、半导体工业、医药制造业和有危险物品暴露的场所。目前在钻井施工中，钻井工人经常受到钻井助剂对眼睛的侵害，为了防止对眼睛的深度伤害，现场已经配有储水桶式冲淋洗眼器，在常温条件下，该洗眼器能够满足为操作人员提供保护的作用，但是这种洗眼器存在以下不足：1.无加热功能，北方冬季温度一般在零摄氏度以下，洗眼器里的水一旦结冰就无法发挥作用；2.无保温功能，现有洗眼器多为塑料或不锈钢制品，保温效果极差。不能满足现场的需要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种钻井施工洗眼器，克服上述已有技术存在的缺陷。
本实用新型的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的：
本实用新型包括加水口、温控器、储水桶、温度传感器、电热管、排污口、出水口和洗眼盘，其特征在于：储水桶设为矩形，顶部设有带封盖的加水口，在顶下部右侧或左侧角上设有温控器，在储水桶的中下部设有温度传感器，在储水桶的底上部设有电热管，在储水桶的前侧底中部设有带控制阀的出水口和洗眼盘，在洗眼盘的左侧或右侧设有带控制阀的排污口；温控器分别于电源、温度传感器和电热管相连。
温控器的控制温度为40-50度。
本实用新型与已有技术先比具有以下优点：
1、本实用新型具有加热功能，能满足四季洗眼的温度要求。
2、本实用新型结构简单实用方便，水的温度在在40-50度之间自动调节，调节温度适宜，不会产生烫伤眼睛的危险。

本实用新型包括加水口1、温控器2、储水桶3、温度传感器4、电热管5、排污口6、出水口7和洗眼盘8，其特征在于：储水桶设为矩形，顶部设有带封盖加水口，在顶下部右侧或左侧角上设有温控器，在储水桶的中下部设有温度传感器，在储水桶的底上部设有电热管，在储水桶的前侧底中部设有带控制阀的出水口和洗眼盘，在洗眼盘的左侧或右侧设有带控制阀的排污口；温控器分别于电源、温度传感器和电热管相连。
在应用本实用新型时，首先打开加水口的封盖，加上三分之二的水，打开温控器的电源开关，用水温调节按钮制定上限温度50度，下限温度40度，电热管开始给水加热，温度传感器开始采集温度参数传给温控器，当水温升到50度时温控器调节电热管的加热功率，水温开始下降，当水温下降到40度时温控器调节电热管的加热功率使水温上升，使水温保持在40-50度之间，保证钻井工人洗眼的不凉不热的的温度。洗眼盘的设置，保证了钻井工人洗眼方便。

1.一种钻井施工洗眼器，包括加水口、温控器、储水桶、温度传感器、电热管、排污口、出水口和洗眼盘，其特征在于：储水桶设为矩形，顶部设有带封盖的加水口，在顶下部右侧或左侧角上设有温控器，在储水桶的中下部设有温度传感器，在储水桶的底上部设有电热管，在储水桶的前侧底中部设有带控制阀的出水口和洗眼盘，在洗眼盘的左侧或右侧设有带控制阀的排污口；温控器分别于电源、温度传感器和电热管相连。
