背景技术
铰链部分位于电饭煲尾部，包括本体后部的突起部分铰链弹簧和铰链盖，作用是尧性连接电饭煲本体的上盖，并使电饭煲上盖能自动弹起。
现有电饭煲都有铰链盖，目的是方便结构设计和美观修饰。不足的是要做多一套模具，装配时多一个部件，多一道工序，成本高。

电饭煲主体，所述电饭煲主体内底部安装有发热盘，所述发热盘上部放置有锅体，所述电饭煲主体正面设有操作面板，所述电饭煲主体上部通过连接片安装上盖，所述电饭煲主体两侧安装有提手；
所述连接片两侧设有连接豁口，所述连接片内表面设有与所述上盖相配合的长条凸起，所述长条凸起内部为空心结构，所述长条凸起的两侧为镂空结构，所述长条凸起的空心及内部安插有一根固定杆。

如图2所示，所述连接片4两侧设有连接豁口，所述连接片4内表面设有与所述上盖2相配合的长条凸起5，所述长条凸起5内部为空心结构，所述长条凸起5的两侧为镂空结构，所述长条凸起5的空心及内部安插有一根固定杆6。
