背景技术
锂电池可以分为锂金属电池和锂离子电池;锂离子电池不含有金属态的锂,并且是可以充电的;锂电池是一类由锂金属或锂合金为负极材料、使用非水电解质溶液的电池,其使用以下反应:Li+MnO2=LiMnO2该反应为氧化还原反应,放电;锂金属电池一般是使用二氧化锰为正极材料、金属锂或其合金金属为负极材料、使用非水电解质溶液的电池;现有技术中的锂电池如果过冲或短路容易产生鼓包的现象,造成电池的损坏。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提出了一种防短路过冲锂电池,通过自动控温机构,进行温度控制,避免造成长时间过冲或短路造成鼓包。
(二)技术方案
本实用新型的防短路过冲锂电池,包括壳体,及填充于内侧的电解液;及安装于壳体内侧的电芯单元,及与电芯单元配合安装的正极片和负极片;所述正极片和负极片由基体和伸缩装置构成;所述伸缩装置安装于基体中部;所述基体由上部和下部构成;伸缩装置由弹性机构和热胀冷缩包组成;所述弹性机构安装于上部和下部之间;所述上部和下部外围固定有保护机构。
进一步地,所述弹性机构由弹簧和弹簧固定罩组成。
进一步地,所述热胀冷缩包由橡胶球内侧填充氮气组成。
进一步地,所述下部的顶部一体制成有导电装置;所述导电装置两侧设置有限位槽。
(三)有益效果
本实用新型与现有技术相比较,其具有以下有益效果:本实用新型的防短路过冲锂电池,一旦发生过冲或短路情况,正极片和负极片马上产生高温,因为高温环境下,热胀冷缩包内的气体热胀冷缩,将导电装置上顶,上部和下部分离,即可断开充电电路,防止鼓包现象。

如图1和图2所示,本实用新型的防短路过冲锂电池;包括壳体1,及填充于内侧的电解液2;及安装于壳体内侧的电芯单元3,及与电芯单元配合安装的正极片4和负极片5;所述正极片4和负极片5由基体6和伸缩装置构成;所述伸缩装置安装于基体6中部;所述基体6由上部8和下部9构成;伸缩装置7由弹性机构10和热胀冷缩包11组成;所述弹性机构10安装于上部8和下部9之间;所述上部8和下部9外围固定有保护机构12。
其中,所述弹性机构10由弹簧和弹簧固定罩组成;所述热胀冷缩包11由橡胶球内侧填充氮气组成;所述下部9的顶部一体制成有导电装置16;所述导电装置16两侧设置有限位槽13。
本实用新型的防短路过冲锂电池,一旦发生过冲或短路情况,正极片和负极片马上产生高温,因为高温环境下,热胀冷缩包内的气体热胀冷缩,将导电装置上顶,上部和下部分离,即可断开充电电路,防止鼓包现象。

2.根据权利要求1 所述的防短路过冲锂电池,其特征在于:所述弹性机构由弹簧和弹簧固定罩组成。
