背景技术
现有催化剂烘干用网带窑的网带受窑体内的温度变化影响，易发生走偏和打滑现象，这即会造成催化剂的次品率提升，还使得设备故障频出，给企业的正常生产造成了极大困难。
发明内容
    本实用新型为了解决网带窑的网带走偏和打滑问题，提供了一种具有新结构的网带窑。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种网带窑，包括网带窑本体和在网带窑本体内运转的金属网带，金属网带由网带窑本体外的传动轴带动。
金属网带的两端安装有护板，可防止金属网带走偏。
传动轴两端通过轴承分别安装在两支架上，支架下端铰接在底座上且在铰接处安装有旋紧手轮，通过旋转旋紧手轮来增加轴向力可控制铰接的松紧度。
所述两支架之间安装横板，在横板的内侧有固定位置的气缸，当气缸的气缸杆伸出时可在横板上施加作用力，以增加金属网带的张紧力。
底座上安装有电机，电机的输出端通过皮带与传动轴连接，所述电机的输出端和旋紧手轮同轴线，使得支架摆动时不影响电机与传动轴间的动力传递。
    支架的摆动角度限定在15度以内，不至于在调整预紧力时发生传动轴跌落的现象。
所述气缸连接空压机，并设有控制元件以控制气缸的气缸杆伸缩。
当工作过程中发生金属网带打滑现象时，可先通过控制元件控制气缸的气缸杆伸出并顶在横板上施加作用力，然后略微旋松旋紧手轮，待预紧力达到适度时再将旋紧手轮旋紧。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：通过护板、支架、横板、气缸、旋紧手轮等结构的设置，避免了工作中网带窑发生金属网带走偏和打滑的现象。
