本实用新型涉及一种肾脏清石操作鞘，是一种带有循环水系统的肾脏清石操作鞘。
技术背景
目前泌尿科治疗肾结石多应用经皮肾微造瘘碎石清石术，经皮肾微造瘘碎石清石术首先做经皮穿刺，然后扩大穿刺孔，直到能够插入操作鞘。然而，目前我国微创手术器械中，用于经皮肾微造瘘碎石清石术的肾脏操作鞘只有单管，而且经皮肾微造瘘碎石清石术常结合负压，由于只有单通道，既要进水，又要出水，既要进行手术器械操作，又要进行负压吸引，很难保证视野持续清晰，需要时间等待，对碎石效率有一定影响。且碎石过程肾盂内压力过高，容易逆行感染，导致脓毒血症、败血症等并发症。因此，设计一种带有循环水系统的肾脏清石操作鞘避免上述情况发生，具有重要的临床意义。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种带有循环水系统的肾脏清石操作鞘，其发明的目的是：为了缩短手术时间，避免肾盂内压力过高或过低，始终保持视野清晰，拆装方便。
为了实现上述发明目的，本实用新型肾脏清石操作鞘，它由外鞘、外鞘闭孔器、内鞘、吸引接头所组成。外鞘外形管状，头部带有出水孔，后部带有进水阀，末端与内鞘连接。内鞘末端与吸引接头连接。外鞘闭孔器头部成圆锥状。

    具体实施方式
    参照图1与图2，本实用新型由外鞘1，外鞘闭孔器6，内鞘2，吸引接头3组成。外鞘闭孔器6插入外鞘1中，靠锥面定位锁紧后进行穿刺。穿刺后拔出外鞘闭孔器6，将内鞘2插入外鞘1中，靠锥面定位锁紧。将吸引接头3插入内鞘2中，靠锥面定位锁紧。进水阀4提供进水通道，通过外鞘1中外管前端圆孔进入体内。冲洗接头5提供出水及出结石通道，通过内鞘2中内鞘管内腔道7排出。

1.一种肾脏清石操作鞘，它由外鞘、外鞘闭孔器、内鞘、吸引接头所组成；其特征是：外鞘外形管状，头部带有出水孔，后部带有进水阀，末端与内鞘连接；内鞘末端与吸引接头连接；吸引接头一侧带有冲洗接头，提供出水及出结石通道；外鞘闭孔器头部成圆锥状。
