本实用新型为解决上述问题采取的技术方案是:本实用新型包括张力监测器、变频调速器主体和变频调速器主体控制系统,张力监测器安装在两个辊之间的皮带的下方,张力监测器的信号输出端与变频调速器主体控制系统的信号接收端连接,变频调速器主体控制系统与变频调速器主体连接,变频调速器主体的电流输出端与驱动电机连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:1、本实用新型使用时,张力监测器将检测到的设备的张力信息传输给变频调速器主体控制系统,变频调速器控制系统根据设备的张力信息控制变频调速器主体的电流,变频调速器根据变频调速器控制系统的指令向设备的驱动电机提供变频电流,如此实现设备张力的精确控制;2、本实用新型驱动电机监测器将驱动电机的转速信息传输给变频调速器主体控制系统,变频调速器主体控制系统根据驱动电机的转速信息控制变频调速器主体,有效的避免了驱动电机发生烧毁现象;3、防潮箱有效的避免了变频调速器主体受潮湿空气的影响,延长了变频调速器主体的使用寿命。
