技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种超声波仪器探头,具体地说是钢轨超声波探伤仪探头。
背景技术:目前,铁路工人在检测铁路钢轨有无裂痕、砂眼隐患过程中,所使用的超声波仪器探头,在温度达到热胀冷缩极限的使用过程中,超声波仪器探头保护膜壳与探头间隙之间的机油就会随着冷热温度的极度变化而出现热胀冷缩,即机油的溢出和冷凝。冷凝这一现象的出现,就会导致空气的进入,而探头保护膜壳内空气的进入,就会使得超声波仪器探头在探测钢轨有无裂痕、砂眼隐患的过程中,探头灵敏度降低或使得钢轨超声波仪探伤探头不能工作。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的在于,设计出一种不论是任何温度的条件下,所使用的超声波探伤仪探头,都能正常对钢轨进行安全检测的钢轨超声波探伤仪探头。其技术内容是,钢轨超声波探伤仪探头,由探头保护膜壳、探头、橡胶密封圈、探头封闭盖组成,其特征是,探头保护膜壳内,设有外带一圈凹槽、凹槽内置有橡胶密封圈的探头,探头保护膜壳上设有探头封闭盖、探头封闭盖和探头保护膜壳通过两侧所设有的对应螺丝孔并由螺丝固定为一体。本实用新型和现有技术相比其先进之处在于,该钢轨超声波探伤仪探头,具有通过在探头外设一圈凹槽、凹槽内置有橡胶密封圈,就解决了探头保护膜壳内在温差大热时机油溢出,冷时机油冷凝进空气的特点,从而克服了现有钢轨超声波探伤仪探头,在使用过程中如遇极度温差就会导致超声波探头仪,灵敏度降低或不工作的不足之处。
