菌落计数是考察细菌群体生长,作为微生物生长的生长指标,也是用来判定食品等物质被细菌污染程度及卫生质量的,它反应食品在生产过程中是否符合卫生要求,菌落总数的多少在一定程度上标志着食品质量的优劣,但是现有市场上菌落计数器多数对培养皿的照射光源不足,或者照射光源方向单一,造成局部阴影,从而影响菌落计数器对真实菌落计数的准确性。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种菌落计数器,它通过多个方向的光源对待测培养皿进行照射,光照充足,画面清晰,无菌落阴影,大大提高了计数器的准确性能。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本实用新型是采用以下技术方案:它包括箱体、升降检测台、数码相机、光源、电脑,所述的箱体内设置有升降检测台,箱体内部顶端设置有数码相机,数码相机与电脑连接,箱体顶部四个个角均设置有光源。

参看图1,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包括箱体1、升降检测台2、数码相机3、光源4、电脑5,所述的箱体1设置有升降检测台2,箱体1内部顶端设置有数码相机3,数码相机3与电脑5连接,箱体1顶部四个角均设置有光源4。本实用新型工作时,先将待测培养皿放入到箱体内的升降检测台上,然后开启箱体四个内角的光源,因为四个光源从多个方向向培养皿进行照射,使得菌落不易产生阴影,光照充足,画面清晰,通过数码相机将画面直接传输至电脑,可通过电脑进行更多操作,并可将画面实时保存,计数更准确、更快速,从而能更准确的反应待测样品的真实情况。
