背景技术
垃圾筒目前单层的多一些，将垃圾袋套在上面，垃圾装满时将垃圾袋拎走，但筒底有时候会留下残留的臭液，即便筒底没有留下臭液，在放入小区较大的垃圾筒或装垃圾车时还是会翻洒，臭液流出，造成环境的污染，为此急需解决此问题，设计一款新型的垃圾筒。

为了克服以上技术问题，本实用新型提出一种双层垃圾筒。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案具体如下：一种双层垃圾筒，包括上筒1和下筒2，上筒1的筒口处设有提手5，下筒2的下方设有开口4，上筒1与下筒2之间设有隔层3，并由隔层3分开，隔层3为镂空状，隔层3上设有刺针7。
较佳地，所述的刺针7朝上连接在隔层3上，长5mm。
本实用新型的技术效果主要体现在：结构简单，方便实用，有效解决臭液问题，有利于环境保护。

如图1所示，一种双层垃圾筒，包括上筒1和下筒2，上筒1的筒口处设有提手5，下筒2的下方设有开口4，上筒1与下筒2之间设有隔层3，并由隔层3分开，隔层3为镂空状，隔层3上设有刺针7，刺针7朝上连接在隔层3上，长5mm。
使用时，将垃圾袋套到上筒1内，当垃圾装到一定时隔层3上的刺针7将垃圾袋剌破，垃圾袋中的水份流入下筒2中，由于垃圾里的水份减少了，臭液的形成也会减少的，另外下筒2中的水份也以通过打开开口4，放出水份而防止臭液的形成。
