目前，选煤厂中细粒煤分选均采用浮选工艺，由于在分选过程中添加药剂的作用，使得浮选得到的浮选精矿含有大量的泡沫，在接下来的浮选精矿脱水过程中，由于大量泡沫的存在，加压过滤机无法正常工作。然而现有的浮选精矿桶无法将泡沫进行有效消除，致使浮选精矿无法在下一步处理中得到高效脱水，严重影响了选煤厂的工作效率和经济效益。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种浮选精矿桶消泡结构来解决以上存在的问题。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：包括中心入料管，其底部插入到缓冲槽中，缓冲槽和桶体之间通过导流板连为一体，台锥形导流板深入到桶体中；使用时，浮选精矿由入料管进入缓冲槽，在入料压力冲击作用下实现一次消泡，而后缓冲槽中浮选精矿沿着导流板呈伞形状射向桶体壁上，在冲击碰撞桶壁过程中实现二次消泡，从而有效地消除浮选精矿中泡沫。
