背景技术
近年来,电力能源的普及化发展,使得各种电力产品纷纷涌现,但是由于厂商们的产品多种多样,对电力造成了一定的污染,以及随着电力供应商品化,市场化的发展,国内电力部门和电力用户对电能质量愈发重视,供电系统的电能质量高低,直接关系到供电系统能否安全运行和用户是否能够安全用电,由于大量采用电力电子技术的工业设备的家用电器的应用致使电能质量逐渐恶化,高压直流输电系统和应用和大量变频器、整流器、电弧炉等非线性负载的接入使得电网中的谐波污染情况日趋严重,如果不能对电能进行实时准确的管理,导致供电设备的安全性降低。因此,现如今需要对电力应用进行有效的保护,通过管理方案确保用电无污染性,电能充分应用,不造成电力浪费,采用的常见且传输广泛的以太网进行数据通信,覆盖范围广,管理更加全面,并将单一量整合处理后一旦有异常现象,就立即报警,增加了电力管理的力度,更大的节约了管理的时间,保证了电力应用的稳定性,具有长远的实用价值。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术中的不足,提供基于物联网的电能质量监控装置,其设计新颖合理,传输信号稳定,速度快,抗干扰性强,采用多种通信方式,满足物联网电能管理质量要求,实用性强,便于推广使用。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:基于物联网的电能质量监控装置,其特征在于:包括放置在监控室内用于监控仪表电能质量的操作平台、通过以太网级联的布设在多处用于集中控制仪表电能的集中控制模块和多个用于检测电能的电能数据采集模块;所述操作平台包括数据收发器和用于远程便携实时操作的手机终端,所述数据收发器的输入端接有用于连接以太网进行数据集中控制的第二以太网接口电路,所述数据收发器的输出端接有用于显示各个仪表电能质量的显示屏、用于提醒超过设定阈值的报警装置和用于通过无线方式传输数据的第二无线发送模块,所述第二无线发送模块的输出端给所述手机终端发送电能数据;所述集中控制模块包括数据处理器和用于连接以太网进行数据集中传输的第一以太网接口电路,所述数据处理器的输入端接有用于通过短距离局域网无线方式传输数据的第一无线接收模块,所述数据处理器的输出端接有用于以太网数据处理的以太网控制器,所述以太网控制器的输出端与所述第一以太网接口电路相接;所述电能数据采集模块包括用于无线采集电能数据的无线电能表和依次相连用于检测电能使用情况的计量仪表、用于串行通信的RS485通信接口电路、用于处理调理仪表数据的采集器和用于通过短距离局域网无线方式传输数据的第一无线发送模块,所述第一无线发送模块和所述无线电能表均通过短距离局域网无线方式与所述第一无线接收模块传输数据。
上述的基于物联网的电能质量监控装置,其特征在于:所述数据收发器为ARM微控制器的LPC2468芯片。
上述的基于物联网的电能质量监控装置,其特征在于:所述第一无线接收模块由型号为CC1100的第一芯片构成;所述第一无线发送模块由型号为CC1100的第二芯片构成。
上述的基于物联网的电能质量监控装置,其特征在于:所述无线电能表为DDS102-Z7电能表。
上述的基于物联网的电能质量监控装置,其特征在于:所述显示屏为7寸的TFT液晶显示屏。

4、本实用新型通过ARM单片机接受手机终端控制信号,采用LPC2468单片机控制显示与报警信号,并接收以太网信息数据,系统功耗低,处理及运算速度快速,通信较好。
5、本实用新型结构简单、设计合理、安全便携、功能完备,使用效果好,实用性强,便于推广使用。
综上所述,本实用新型设计新颖合理,传输信号稳定,速度快,抗干扰性强,采用多种通信方式,满足物联网电能管理质量要求,实用性强,便于推广使用。

如图1所示,本实用新型包括放置在监控室内用于监控仪表电能质量的操作平台、通过以太网级联的布设在多处用于集中控制仪表电能的集中控制模块和多个用于检测电能的电能数据采集模块;所述操作平台包括数据收发器1和用于远程便携实时操作的手机终端2,所述数据收发器1的输入端接有用于连接以太网进行数据集中控制的第二以太网接口电路6,所述数据收发器1的输出端接有用于显示各个仪表电能质量的显示屏5、用于提醒超过设定阈值的报警装置4和用于通过无线方式传输数据的第二无线发送模块3,所述第二无线发送模块3的输出端给所述手机终端2发送电能数据;所述集中控制模块包括数据处理器9和用于连接以太网进行数据集中传输的第一以太网接口电路7,所述数据处理器9的输入端接有用于通过短距离局域网无线方式传输数据的第一无线接收模块10,所述数据处理器9的输出端接有用于以太网数据处理的以太网控制器8,所述以太网控制器8的输出端与所述第一以太网接口电路7相接;所述电能数据采集模块包括用于无线采集电能数据的无线电能表12和依次相连用于检测电能使用情况的计量仪表14、用于串行通信的RS485通信接口电路15、用于处理调理仪表数据的采集器13和用于通过短距离局域网无线方式传输数据的第一无线发送模块11,所述第一无线发送模块11和所述无线电能表12均通过短距离局域网无线方式与所述第一无线接收模块10传输数据。
本实施例中,所述数据收发器1为ARM微控制器的LPC2468芯片。
本实施例中,所述第一无线接收模块10由型号为CC1100的第一芯片构成;所述第一无线发送模块11由型号为CC1100的第二芯片构成。

本实用新型使用时,通过串行通信方式的RS485通信接口电路15连接计量仪表14和采集器13,传输简单稳定,将采集的电能数据通过局域网第一无线发送模块11数据传输给集中控制模块,同时无线电能表12将采集的电能数据通过局域网无线方式数据传输给集中控制模块,多处集中控制模块将采集的数据通过以太网的级联,以太网通信方式传输给操作平台,操作平台中的显示屏5显示各个电能仪表的电能质量情况,同时通过报警装置提醒操作人员数据超过设定的阈值,并通过第二无线发送模块3的远程无线网发送到手机,整个物联网运作稳定。

1.基于物联网的电能质量监控装置,其特征在于:包括放置在监控室内用于监控仪表电能质量的操作平台、通过以太网级联的布设在多处用于集中控制仪表电能的集中控制模块和多个用于检测电能的电能数据采集模块;所述操作平台包括数据收发器(1)和用于远程便携实时操作的手机终端(2),所述数据收发器(1)的输入端接有用于连接以太网进行数据集中控制的第二以太网接口电路(6),所述数据收发器(1)的输出端接有用于显示各个仪表电能质量的显示屏(5)、用于提醒超过设定阈值的报警装置(4)和用于通过无线方式传输数据的第二无线发送模块(3),所述第二无线发送模块(3)的输出端给所述手机终端(2)发送电能数据;所述集中控制模块包括数据处理器(9)和用于连接以太网进行数据集中传输的第一以太网接口电路(7),所述数据处理器(9)的输入端接有用于通过短距离局域网无线方式传输数据的第一无线接收模块(10),所述数据处理器(9)的输出端接有用于以太网数据处理的以太网控制器(8),所述以太网控制器(8)的输出端与所述第一以太网接口电路(7)相接;所述电能数据采集模块包括用于无线采集电能数据的无线电能表(12)和依次相连用于检测电能使用情况的计量仪表(14)、用于串行通信的RS485通信接口电路(15)、用于处理调理仪表数据的采集器(13)和用于通过短距离局域网无线方式传输数据的第一无线发送模块(11),所述第一无线发送模块(11)和所述无线电能表(12)均通过短距离局域网无线方式与所述第一无线接收模块(10)传输数据。
