本实用新型涉及一种气体探测器，尤其涉及一种加大无信号距离的便携式气体探测器。
背景技术
现有的气体探测器大体上可以分为固定式和便携式气体探测器两种。便携气体探测器越来越多的被应用于现场抢险和安全人员巡检的过程中。随着科技的进步和大家日常需要的变化，越来越多的此类设备加装了无线发送和接受功能。
目前很多现有的便携气体探测器不带无线通信功能，可以在内部增加无线模块增加无线功能。但是由于预先设计的没有预留天线的位置，所以天线只能内置。当壳体采用PC等塑料材质的时候，无线信号会被壳体阻挡，信号传输距离很近。难以满足应用的要求。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型的目的是一种可以用很低简单的方式，很低的成本给便携式气体探测器增加一个外置的天线一种加大无信号距离的便携式气体探测器。
为了实现本实用新型的目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种加大无信号距离的便携式气体探测器，包括壳体、螺钉、电路板、胶圈、导线、弹垫、背夹；其特征在于：所述壳体内部设有电路板，壳体背部设有螺钉、背夹，壳体顶部设有胶圈；所述导线连接电路板和螺钉；所述螺钉与壳体之间设有弹垫。
所述螺钉和壳体之间设有垫片。
本实用新型的有益效果是：可以用很低简单的方式，很低的成本给便携式气体探测器增加一个外置的天线。并且比较简洁美观不会破坏壳体的外观。不需要增加更多的成本。
节省设备放置空间。

具体实施方式一：一种加大无信号距离的便携式气体探测器，包括壳体1、螺钉7、电路板2、胶圈3、导线4、弹垫5、背夹6；其特征在于：所述壳体1内部设有电路板2，壳体1背部设有螺钉7、背夹6，壳体1顶部设有胶圈3；所述导线4连接电路板2和螺钉7；所述螺钉7与壳体1之间设有弹垫5。
所述螺钉7和壳体1之间设有垫片8。
具体实施方式二：
通过螺钉或者焊接导线4在电路板2上。另一侧用弹垫5、螺钉7、垫片8的组合将导线4压紧。使电路板2和背夹6连接上。用背夹6当作一个外置的天线使用。如果想要更好的效果，背夹6可以增加其他附件或者改变背夹6的形状。

1.一种加大无信号距离的便携式气体探测器，包括壳体、螺钉、电路板、胶圈、导线、弹垫、背夹；其特征在于：所述壳体内部设有电路板，壳体背部设有螺钉、背夹，壳体顶部设有胶圈；所述导线连接电路板和螺钉；所述螺钉与壳体之间设有弹垫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种加大无信号距离的便携式气体探测器，其特征在于：所述螺钉和壳体之间设有垫片。
