因此，为了解决以上技术问题，有必要将现有设计进行改良，设计了新型窨井盖，该井盖的井盖本体上设有漏水孔，少量的水可以从漏水孔进入下水管道中，该井盖的井盖本体的底部固定有腿，并井盖本体为中空结构，这样如果水太多时，井盖会向上浮起，腿又又能够防止井盖冲走，这样就能够使雨水迅速的进入到下水管道中。此外，该井盖结构简单，设计合理，适合推广使用。
