本实用新型涉及一种鞋楦,具体涉及一种开盖式鞋楦。
背景技术
鞋楦是鞋的母体，是鞋成型的模具。鞋楦不仅决定鞋造型和式样，更决定着鞋是否合脚，能否起到保护脚的作用。随着鞋类市场的需求和国际鞋款的流行趋势，越来越多的出现一种楦型多种鞋面结构的现象。
为解决托楦时鞋面变形的问题，通常采用开盖式鞋楦，开盖式鞋楦一般包括自楦统口至楦背斜向剖成上下两部分的鞋楦，上部分为楦盖，下部分为楦体。
目前楦盖与楦体通过弹性卡接的方式连接，但是在多次使用之后，其卡接容易松动，影响使用性能，使用寿命低。
实用新型内容
为了克服背景技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种开盖式鞋楦，解决现有楦盖与楦体之间卡接连接使用寿命低的问题。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案：一种开盖式鞋楦，包括楦盖、楦体，所述楦盖底部设有定位孔，所述定位孔内设有磁铁；所述楦体上设有与定位孔适配的定位销，所述定位销与磁铁相吸。
所述定位销的材料可以为磁铁。
所述定位销的材料也可以为铁，所述定位销与楦体通过热熔形成一体。
所述定位销与定位孔呈圆柱形。
所述定位销与定位孔均设有2个。
本实用新型的有益效果是：采用以上方案，通过磁铁吸合的原理使定位孔与定位轴连接，不仅结构更加简单，而且不易损坏，使用寿命高。

下面结合附图对本实用新型实施例作进一步说明：
如图所示，一种开盖式鞋楦，包括楦盖1、楦体2，所述楦盖1底部设有定位孔11，所述定位孔11内设有磁铁3；所述楦体2上设有与定位孔11适配的定位销21，所述定位销21与磁铁3相吸。
楦盖1通过定位孔11与楦体2的定位销21定位配合，并通过磁铁吸合的原理，使楦盖1与楦体2连接在一起，与现有的弹性卡接相比，不仅结构更加简单，而且不易损坏，使用寿命高。
所述定位销21也可以直接由磁铁制成，通过两个磁铁相互吸合，不仅安装更加牢固，操作也更加方便。
所述定位销21的材料也可以是铁，所述定位销21与楦体2通过热熔形成一体，不仅制造方便，结构简单，同时能很稳定的与磁铁吸合。另外也可以是在定位销21上设置于另一磁铁，通过两个磁铁相互吸合。
定位销21与定位孔11为圆柱形，并设有2个，结构简单，所述定位销21的自由端设有倒角结构，能更方便的将定位销插入定位孔内。另外，定位销21与定位孔11的截面形状也可以是其他形状，如方形，三角形等。

1.一种开盖式鞋楦，包括楦盖（1）、楦体（2），其特征在于：所述楦盖（1）底部设有定位孔（11），所述定位孔（11）内设有磁铁（3）；所述楦体（2）上设有与定位孔（11）适配的定位销（21），所述定位销（21）与磁铁（3）相吸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的开盖式鞋楦，其特征在于：所述定位销（21）为磁铁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的开盖式鞋楦，其特征在于：所述定位销（21）的材料为铁。
4.根据权利要求3所述的开盖式鞋楦，其特征在于：所述定位销（21）与楦体（2）通过热熔形成一体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的开盖式鞋楦，其特征在于：所述定位销（21）与定位孔（11）呈圆柱形。
6.根据权利要求5所述的开盖式鞋楦，其特征在于：所述定位销（21）与定位孔（11）均设有2个。
