Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种连接器模块固定框架，包括左架体和右架体，左、右架体可拆卸式拼接在一起构成上端开口的矩形框架，在左、右架体的两侧对应有向外的翻边，且翻边在拼接处部分重合，并通过卡接连接块连接在一起。本实用新型结构简单，设计合理，连接器模块的装取更加方便快捷，同时降低了左右架体压铸模具的复杂程度。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种固定框架，特别是涉及一种用于高速动车组、城市地铁矩形连接器模块安装所用的固定框架。
背景技术
对于高速动车组、城市地铁矩形连接器模块的安装，现有技术一般是通过一铰接翻转固定框的两半框架来实现连接器模块拆装的，其装取不方便，且造成压铸模具复杂。如何解决这一技术问题成为了该领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种连接器模块固定框架，解决了现有技术的固定框架装取连接器模块不方便的技术问题。
本实用新型的目的通过下述技术方案来实现：
一种连接器模块固定框架，包括左架体和右架体，左、右架体可拆卸式拼接在一起构成上端开口的矩形框架，在左、右架体的两侧对应有向外的翻边，且翻边在拼接处部分重合，并通过卡接连接块连接在一起。
进一步，所述左、右架体两侧的翻边在重合位置对应开设开口，在开口处卡接“工”字形连接块。
进一步，所述左、右架体两侧的翻边的顶面相互齐平。
进一步，所述左架体或右架体的一侧翻边上设有定位套，另一侧的翻边上对应设有定位销。
进一步，所述左、右架体两侧的翻边在重合位置底面对应开设腰形孔和防脱销，防脱销配合在腰形孔中。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果在于：结构简单，设计合理，连接器模块的装取更加方便快捷，同时降低了左右架体压铸模具的复杂程度。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例和附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
参见图1-6所示，一种连接器模块固定框架，包括左架体1和右架体2，左、右架体1、2拼接在一起构成上端开口的矩形框架，在拼接部位左架体1上有凸起3和插口4，右架体2上对应有匹配的插口4和凸起3，凸起3对应插入相应的插口4中。
在左、右架体1、2的两侧对应有向外的翻边5，且翻边5在拼接处重叠，在重叠位置对应开设开口，在开口处卡接“工”字形连接块6，从而将左、右架体1、2连接固定在一起。
为了美观并不与其他部件干涉，所述左、右架体1、2两侧的翻边5的顶面相互齐平。
所述左架体1的一侧翻边5上设有定位套7，另一侧的翻边5上对应设有定位销8。
所述左架体1的翻边5端部有L形折弯部11，右架体2的翻边5端部搭接在该L形折弯部11上，在L形折弯部11上开设有腰形孔9，右架体2的翻边5上对应设有防脱销10，防脱销10配合在腰形孔9中。
在使用时，通过“工”字形连接块6将将左、右架体1、2连接固定在一起，连接器模块12安装在左、右架体1、2构成的矩形框架中。在拆取时，取下“工”字形连接块6，左、右架体1、2即可轻松向两边分开，从而取出连接器模块12。同时，可通过防脱销10和腰形孔9的配合，控制左、右架体1、2左右开合的范围。该固定框架达到了徒手就能实现模块在固定框架上的安装和拆取，快捷方便。

Claims (5)
1.一种连接器模块固定框架，其特征在于：包括左架体和右架体，左、右架体可拆卸式拼接在一起构成上端开口的矩形框架，在左、右架体的两侧对应有向外的翻边，且翻边在拼接处部分重合，并通过卡接连接块连接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接器模块固定框架，其特征在于：所述左、右架体两侧的翻边在重合位置对应开设开口，在开口处卡接“工”字形连接块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的连接器模块固定框架，其特征在于：所述左、右架体两侧的翻边的顶面相互齐平。
4.根据权利要求1所述的连接器模块固定框架，其特征在于：所述左架体或右架体的一侧翻边上设有定位套，另一侧的翻边上对应设有定位销。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的连接器模块固定框架，其特征在于：所述左、右架体两侧的翻边在重合位置底面对应开设腰形孔和防脱销，防脱销配合在腰形孔中。
