本实用新型涉及一种高架库温湿度传感器检验系统。
背景技术
杭州卷烟厂每一个高架库涉及传感器12个,其中在2m高度有4个、在10m高度有4个、在20m高度有4个。而高架库空间狭小,登高设备无法入内,对于工业控制要求,传感器每三个月应当做一次校验,此时,只有在停产时间在高架库内搭建脚手架进行作业。这便存在两个问题:第一,搭建脚手架后,工作人员本地校验传感器可能发现传感器没有产生漂移,也就是说传感器不需要校验;第二,三个月内不一定正好遇到时间长度合适的停产期,因为搭建脚手架工程量较大。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本实用新型的目的是覅,本发明提供了一种高架库传感器检验系统,该系统实现了温湿度传感器自动检验,对需要进行校验的传感器进行报警提示,降低维护成本。
为了实现上述的目的,本实用新型采用了以下的技术方案:
一种高架库温湿度传感器检验系统,该系统包括传感器、检验传感器、PLC系统和上位机,所述的传感器与检验传感器安装在高架库的同一个位置,并排安装,传感器与检验传感器分别连接到所述的PLC系统,PLC系统与上位机相连接。
本实用新型由于采用了上述的技术方案,反馈信号可以通过PLC进行处理,对需要进行校验的传感器进行报警提示。维修人员及时处理,这样就保证了传感器的准确性及降低传感器校验成本。

如图1所示的一种高架库温湿度传感器检验系统,该系统包括传感器1、校验传感器2、PLC系统3和上位机4,所述的传感器1与检验传感器2安装在高架库的同一个位置,反馈信号回至PLC系统3,进行信号转换后,通过以太网传至上位机4的检验系统。反馈信号可以通过PLC系统3进行处理,对需要进行校验的传感器在上位机4进行报警提示。维修人员及时处理,这样就保证了传感器的准确性及降低传感器校验成本。
