外伤致指深屈肌腱断裂后,回缩到手掌,一般在A1鞘管区或A1--A2鞘管区之间,将其牵引到伤口位置,传统做法是直接用输液器管通过A1或A1--A2鞘管把指深屈肌腱和输液器管缝合在一起,再牵引到伤口处。由于输液器管柔软,在穿过A1或A1--A2鞘管区时,很容易打折,一台手术要反复多次,从而浪费大量时间,也给患者造成痛苦。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本实用新型提供一种不易打折的指深屈肌腱回缩牵引器。
本实用新型是这样实现的:指深屈肌腱回缩牵引器,由钢丝、输液器管组成,输液器管一端是斜面状;一端带有环的钢丝设在输液器管内。
所述环用丝线固定在输液器管呈斜面状的端口处;不带环的钢丝的一端不能超过输液器管的管口。
本实用新型的有益效果是:结构简单、实用,取材方便,由于输液器管里植入了带有半环状的钢丝,在穿过肌腱道时,不会使输液器打折,从而提高手术效率,减少患者痛苦。

结合附图,实施例为:指深屈肌腱回缩牵引器由钢丝、输液器管组成,输液器管1一端是斜面状;一端带有环3的钢丝2设在输液器管1内。丝线4把环3固定在输液器管1呈斜面状的端口处;不带环3的钢丝2的一端不能超过输液器管1的管口。
手术时,将肌腱近断端嵌入开有小口5的输液器管内,用丝线将其一起缝合固定。将成斜面的输液器管一端沿肌腱道穿入,把肌腱拉伸到断开处,剪断肌腱上的丝线,移开指深屈肌腱回缩牵引器,就可方便的修复断掉的肌腱了。
