本实用新型涉及一种新型压裂、混砂一体式模拟器,包括:模拟器主体、数据采集器、计算机、控制单元、显示单元、移动装置、电源模块、输入单元、屏幕;所述控制单元与数据采集器相连;所述数据采集器与计算机相连;所述显示单元、输入单元与计算机相连;所述移动装置位于所述模拟器主体的底座的底部,便于所述模拟器移动,实现场景快速搭建部署;所述电源模块,用于提供电力、保障所述模拟器正常工作。本实用新型采用模块化设计,可以通过更换不同的控制单元和显示模块来实现不同设备操作的仿真模拟,并可以通过底部的移动装置实现快速部署,实现作业场景的快速搭建和仿真培训。

技术领域
本实用新型属于模拟机械技术领域,特别涉及一种新型压裂、混砂一体式模拟器。
背景技术
目前,随着水力压裂工艺在非常规油气作业领域的日臻成熟和广泛应用,作为压裂成套系统核心设备的压裂设备和混砂设备也在国内外有了非常广泛的应用基础。但是目前压裂作业方面的服务人才非常缺乏,由于压裂设备和混砂设备的操作具有较高的专业性,因此压裂设备和混砂设备操作人员在进行上岗操作之前需要经过专业的培训,为了提升操作人员对压裂设备和混砂设备的操控技能,设计了压裂设备和混砂设备的作业模拟设备。
压裂、混砂一体模拟器设备包括仿真操控部件和场景显示器,仿真操控部件与数据采集器相连,数据采集器与计算机主机相连,其中计算机主机中内置有模拟器系统软件,该模拟器系统软件可以模拟多种压裂、混砂设备的作业场景,例如分层压裂作业、水平压裂作业、配液作业等;数据采集器用于接收操作人员对仿真操控部件的操作信号,并且将该操作信号传递到计算机主机内,计算机接收到数据采集器发送的信号后在当前设置的场景内模拟出该种操作所产生的仿真操作效果,并显示在场景显示器中。
目前压裂、混砂一体模拟器所存在的问题有:
1)移动不方便,不能快速的实现场景快速搭建和部署;
2)模块设置不合理,不能很好的实现不同功能模块的快速更换;
因此迫切需要提供一款模块设置合理、移动方便的压裂、混砂一体式模拟器。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是,鉴于现有技术所存在的问题,提供一种新型压裂、混砂一体式模拟器,具有模以效果好、使用方便、移动方便等优点。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种新型压裂、混砂一体式模拟器,包括:模拟器主体、数据采集器、计算机、控制单元、显示单元、移动装置、电源模块、输入单元、屏幕;所述模拟器主体的内部为中空结构、底部设有底座,数据采集器、计算机均位于所述所述模拟器主体内部,所述模拟器主体上设有控制台,所述控制单元、显示单元、输入单元均位于所述模拟器主体控制台上,所述屏幕设置于所述控制台的前方;所述控制单元与数据采集器相连,所述数据采集器与计算机相连,所述显示单元、输入单元和屏幕分别与计算机相连;控制单元产生的操作信号经数据采集器采集后,传送至计算机进行数据处理,模拟产生仿真操作效果,并在屏幕上显示;所述移动装置位于所述模拟器主体的底座的底部,便于所述模拟器移动、实现场景快速搭建部署;所述电源模块位于所述模拟器主体的内部,与计算机相连,用于提供电力、保障所述模拟器正常工作。
所述控制单元包括压裂模拟器设备仿真操控部件和混砂模拟器设备仿真操控部件。
所述输入单元包括压裂模拟器设备控制人机界面和混砂模拟器设备控制人机界面,所述压裂模拟器设备控制人机界面、混砂模拟器设备控制人机界面分别与计算机相连。
所述显示单元包括压裂模拟器设备仪表显示器和混砂模拟器设备仪表显示器,所述压裂模拟器设备仪表显示器和混砂模拟器设备仪表显示器分别与所述计算机相连。
所述模拟器主体的内部为中空结构。
所述电源模块位于所述模拟器主体的内部,与计算机相连,用于提供电力、保障所述模拟器正常工作。
所述数据采集器设置在所述模拟器主体的内部,分别与压裂模拟器设备仿真操控部件和混砂模拟器设备仿真操控部件相连。
所述计算机设置在所述模拟器主体的内部,与所述数据采集器相连。
所述屏幕为场景投影屏幕,设置于所述模拟器主体的控制台的前方。
上述连接的方式均为电连接,具体采用电线相连,并可用于数据传输。
所述控制单元和显示单元所在的控制区和显示区分别设置了通用的模块接口,同时上述的相应的功能模块上也设置有对应可以实现不同功能模块的快速更换。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型采用模块化设计,控制区、显示区分别设置了通用的模块接口,在相应的功能模块上也设置有对应的模块接口。只需要更换不同的控制单元和显示单元即可实现不同设备的仿真模拟,并可以通过底部的移动装置实现快速部署,实现作业场景的快速搭建和仿真培训。控制单元、显示单元以及3D场景可以根据实际设备制作,可以实现人员培训合格后快速上岗,达到通过模块更换组合形成不同培训用途的模拟器的目的。
本实用新型所述的新型压裂、混砂一体式模拟器集成压裂模拟器和混砂模拟器为一体式关联控制,同时可以满足坐姿和站姿两种使用状态。通过在压裂模拟器设备模拟器程序和混砂模拟器设备模拟器程序间建立数据通信,实现所述的模拟器一体关联控制。即压裂模拟器设备启动后完成单机配置后模拟设备实际作业形成需求数据信息,通过网络连接向混砂模拟器设备模拟器发送相关信息。混砂模拟器设备接到信息后通过模拟器的系列操作后完成满足压裂模拟器设备需求的数据,并发往压裂模拟器设备进行执行。从而在压裂模拟器、混砂模拟器设备模拟器间形成一体式关联操作。
本实用新型所述的新型压裂、混砂一体式模拟器通过合理的人机数据研究和总结,形成一套合理的控制台人机尺寸和数据。使得控制台的高度既能满足站姿状态的高度也能通过高脚座椅实现坐姿状态的操作。从而满足坐姿和站姿两种不同的使用状态。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本实用新型,并非用于限定本实用新型的范围。
如图1-3所示,本实用新型所述一种新型压裂、混砂一体式模拟器,包括:模拟器主体7、数据处理采集器1、计算机2、控制单元、显示单元、移动装置11、电源模块3、输入单元、屏幕12。
所述模拟器主体7的内部为中空结构,数据采集器、计算机均位于所述所述模拟器主体内部,所述模拟器主体7上设有控制台和底座,所述控制单元、显示单元、输入单元均位于所述模拟器主体7控制台上。
所述控制单元包括压裂模拟器设备仿真操控部件4、混砂模拟器设备仿真操控部件10。
所述显示单元包括压裂模拟器设备仪表显示器5和混砂模拟器设备仪表显示器9。
图4为本发明所述控制单元、数据采集器1、电源模块3、计算机2、输入单元、显示单元的连接示意图。
所述数据采集器1设置在所述模拟器主体7的内部,分别与压裂模拟器设备仿真操控部件4和混砂模拟器设备仿真操控部件10相连。
所述计算机2设置在所述模拟器主体7的内部,与所述数据采集器1相连。
所述显示单元(压裂模拟器设备仪表显示器5和混砂模拟器设备仪表显示器9)分别与所述计算机2相连。
所述输入单元包括压裂模拟器设备控制人机界面6和混砂模拟器设备控制人机界面8,分别与计算机2相连。
所述移动装置11位于所述模拟器主体7的底座的底部,便于所述模拟器移动,实现场景快速搭建部署。
所述屏幕12为场景投影屏幕,设置于所述模拟器主体7的控制台的前方。
所述电源模块3位于所述模拟器主体的内部,与计算机相连,用于提供电力、保障所述模拟器正常工作。
所述模拟器主体7采用高强度钢材或者钢板制作而成,主体呈长方体形状,内部为中空结构;显示区(设置有压裂模拟器设备仪表显示器5和混砂模拟器设备仪表显示器9)和控制区(设置有压裂模拟器设备仿真操控部件4、混砂模拟器设备仿真操控部件10)设置在模拟器主体7的控制台的上部;压裂模拟器仿真操控部件4和混砂模拟器仿真操控部件10用于方便操作者对仿真操控部件进行操作,压裂模拟器仿真操控部件4和混砂模拟器仿真操控部件10分别与数据采集器1相连,数据采集器1设置在模拟器主体7的内部,数据采集器1用于采集操作者对仿真操控部件的操作信号,数据采集器1与设置在模拟器主体7内部的计算机2相连,并可将其采集到的操作信号传递到计算机2内部,计算机2在接收到操作信号后可以在其模拟的当前场景内模拟产生出仿真操作效果,并显示在场景投影屏幕中,所述场景投影屏幕设置在模拟器主体7的前方,方便操作者的观察,计算机2可以模拟多种压裂、混砂设备的作业场景,例如分层压裂作业、水平压裂作业、配液作业等,仿真仪表显示器分别与计算机2相连,并且可将计算机2模拟的各种液压和电器仪表的数据显示出来,操作者在进行各项操作时,要观察各个仪表的读数是否处于正常的范围内,与计算机2相连的输入装置设置在模拟器主体7的控制台上,用于实现人机交互功能,该输入装置可以带有显示功能,可以显示计算机2的操作与控制界面,以方便操作人员对各种模式的选择以及设定。所述控制单元和显示单元所在的控制区和显示区分别设置了通用的模块接口,同时上述的相应的功能模块上也设置有对应可以实现不同功能模块的快速更换。

1.一种新型压裂、混砂一体式模拟器,其特征在于,包括:模拟器主体(7)、数据采集器(1)、计算机(2)、控制单元、显示单元、移动装置(11)、输入单元、屏幕(12);所述模拟器主体(7)的内部为中空结构,底部设有底座,所述数据采集器(1)、计算机(2)均位于所述所述模拟器主体(7)内部,所述模拟器主体(7)上设有控制台,所述控制单元、显示单元、输入单元均位于所述控制台上,所述屏幕(12)设置于所述控制台的前方,所述移动装置(11)位于所述底座的底部;所述控制单元与数据采集器(1)相连,所述数据采集器(1)与计算机(2)相连,所述显示单元、输入单元和屏幕(12)分别与计算机(2)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种新型压裂、混砂一体式模拟器,其特征在于,所述控制单元包括压裂模拟器设备仿真操控部件(4)和混砂模拟器设备仿真操控部件(10)。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种新型压裂、混砂一体式模拟器,其特征在于,所述输入单元包括压裂模拟器设备控制人机界面(6)和混砂模拟器设备控制人机界面(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种新型压裂、混砂一体式模拟器,其特征在于,所述显示单元包括压裂模拟器设备仪表显示器(5)和混砂模拟器设备仪表显示器(9)。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种新型压裂、混砂一体式模拟器,其特征在于,所述屏幕(12)为场景投影屏幕。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述一种新型压裂、混砂一体式模拟器,其特征在于,还包括电源模块(3),所述电源模块(3)位于所述所述模拟器主体(7)内部,所述电源模块(3)与所述计算机(2)相连。
