Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种基于移动互联网的输电线路行波故障定位监测系统,包括若干行波故障定位监测装置、服务器、internet网络、智能移动终端,若干行波故障定位监测装置通过网口与服务器相连,服务器通过网口与internet网相连,智能移动终端通过3G与internet网相连;所述的若干行波故障定位监测装置分别安装在变电站机房,检测各相线上的故障行波;当输电线路发生短路等故障时,行波故障定位监测装置实时采集到故障波形并计算出故障位置,行波故障定位监测装置将波形和定位数据实时发送到服务器端,因智能移动终端与服务器保持连接状态,服务器实时将故障位置和波形等信息发送到检修相关人员手机上,检修人员实时获知输电线路的故障位置以及故障相关信息,缩短抢修的时间。

[0001] 本实用新型涉及的是一种监测装置,特别涉及一种基于基于移动互联网的输电线路行波故障定位的监测装置。
背景技术
[0002]目前由于社会经济的飞速发展,国家对电力的需求日益上升,促进了电力工业的迅速发展。国家对电力工业的依赖不断上升的同时也对供电的可靠性和质量提出了新的要求。随着电网的规模不断扩大,电网的结构也不断复杂,输电电压等级也不断提高,输电线路出现故障的概率也会增加。如果故障不能得到及时的排除将会对国民经济造成巨大的损失,同时也会对人民的生活带来极大的不便。
[0003] 输电线路故障可分为永久性故障和瞬时性故障。瞬时性故障在继电保护装置切断电源后可自动消失,线路通过重合闸可恢复供电。这类故障造成的绝缘损伤没有明显的痕迹,因此也给故障点的查找带来了很大的不便。瞬时性故障虽然不会影响供电,但是却经常发生在系统最薄弱的环节,因此应尽快找出故障点并加以处理,以免故障的持续发生,可确保供电的稳定性。永久性故障无法自动消失,需要人工排除,尽快找出故障点位置是排除永久性故障的前提。排除故障时间的长短直接决定由停电带来的损失的大小,这为查找故障点的快速性和准确性提出了要求。要排除故障首先要找到故障点,然而输电线路大多距离长,所跨区域地形复杂,尤其是在山区、丘陵地带是故障发生的高发地带。这就给传统的人工巡线方式带来了极大的不便。输电线路故障直接影响到系统运行的可靠性,故障的及时排除有利于减小由停电带来的损失、具有极大的社会和经济效益。
[0004]目前,输电线路行波故障定位监测系统在电力部门应用普遍,但只有在输电线路出现故障时调度相关人员,调度人员通知到检修负责人,检修负责人组织相关检修人员使用系统登录到服务器查看线路发生故障的位置,通常这个过程需要一定时间,延长了抢修及决策时间,间接地给电力部门和社会造成损失。
发明内容
[0005] 本实用新型的目的为了克服现有技术存在上述的问题及不足,提供一种基于移动互联网的输电线路行波故障定位监测系统,当输电线路发生闪络等故障时,系统定位故障位置,并通过互联网将报警信息和详细故障点位置等信息推送到检修人员智能手机或平板电脑上,检修人员第一时间获得输电线路发生故障的资料,为抢修决策赢得宝贵时间。

[0012] 所述的行波故障定位监测装置包括光纤电场传感器、激光器、光电信号调理器、采集卡、电源、光收发器和工控机,其特征在于:在相邻两变电站之间,每个变电站机房的工控机箱内安装一光收发器、工控机、激光器、光电信号调理器、电源、光纤电场传感器,米集卡装在工控机的总线插槽上;电源为所有有源器件供电;光收发器接OPGW光缆中的一芯光纤一端,网络接口接工控机的网口,实现双机通信和精确时钟同步;光纤电场传感器安装在各自变电站各相线出线端口上,输入端通过光缆接各自变电站机房内的激光器,输出端通过光缆接各自变电站机房内的光电信号调理器,光电信号调理器输出信号接各自变电站机房内的采集卡;相邻两个变电站通过OPGW光缆相连接。
[0013] 所述的光纤电场传感器为锗酸铋晶体BGO的光纤电场传感器。
[0014] 本实用新型结构简单使用极其方便,当某条输电线路发生故障时,行波故障定位监测装置将行波故障相关数据实时发送到服务器,服务器实时将行波故障信息推送到相关检修人员手机上,检修人员第一时间获得了输电线路发生故障的位置以及故障情况,缩短了抢修时间,间接减少了电力部门和社会由此造成的损失。

[0019] 如图1所示,本实用新型包括若干行波故障定位监测装置、服务器、internet网络、智能移动终端,每个行波故障定位监测装置安装在变电站机房,监测进入变电站的各条输电线路的故障行波,每个行波故障定位监测装置通过电力系统内部网与通信机房服务器相连,服务器连接到internet网,智能移动终端为基于1S或Android操作系统的智能手机或平板电脑等一般都是随身携带,供检修相关人员使用,智能移动终端通过internet网络与服务器通信。服务器、internet网络、智能移动终端均为现有结构。
[0020] 如图2、图3所示,所述行波故障定位监测装置包括工控机箱1、光电信号调理器2、激光器3、米集卡4、电源6、工控机5、光收发器7、光纤电场传感器8,在相邻两变电站之间,每个变电站机房的工控机箱I内安装一光收发器7、工控机5、激光器3、光电信号调理器2、电源6、光纤电场传感器8 ;光收发器7装在各自变电站机房机箱内,接OPGW光缆10中的一芯光纤一端,网络接口接各自变电站机房内的工控机的网口,实现双机通信和精确时钟同步;光纤电场传感器8安装在各自变电站各相线出线端口上,具有极高的频率响应范围,用于检测各相线上的高频电场变化,输入端通过光缆接各自变电站机房内的激光器3,输出端通过光缆接各自变电站机房内的光电信号调理器2 ;采集卡4安装在工控机5的总线插槽上;电源6为所有有源器件供电;相邻两个变电站(A,B)通过OPGW光缆10连接。本实用新型的相应的器件均为现有结构。工控机利用实时记录故障行波高频波形和发生精确时间运用现有的常规程序计算出雷击位置。
[0021] 所述工控机5控制采集卡4采集输电线路相线故障行波数据。所述的光纤电场传感器8为锗酸铋晶体BGO的光纤电场传感器。锗酸铋晶体BGO光纤电场传感器安装在两变电站各相线出线端口处,用于检测各相线上的高频电场变化。
[0022] 当输电线路发生短路等故障时,行波故障定位监测装置实时采集到故障波形并计算出故障位置,行波故障定位监测装置将波形和定位数据实时发送到服务器端,因智能移动终端与服务器保持连接状态,服务器可实时将故障位置和波形等信息发送到检修相关人员手机上,检修人员可实时获知输电线路的故障位置以及故障相关信息,缩短了抢修的时间。

1.一种基于移动互联网的输电线路行波故障定位监测系统,包括若干行波故障定位监测装置、服务器、internet网络、智能移动终端,其特征在于:若干行波故障定位监测装置通过网口与服务器相连,服务器通过网口与internet网相连,智能移动终端通过3G与internet网相连;所述的若干行波故障定位监测装置分别安装在变电站机房,用于检测各相线上的故障行波; 所述的服务器安装在电力部门通信机房,各条输电线路的行波故障定位监测装置将故障信息发送到服务器; 所述的智能移动终端检修人员随身携带,供检修相关人员使用,通过INTERNET网与服务器保持通信,用于接收行波故障相关信息。
