目前，铝型材加工机械上使用的铝型材压紧装置存在缺点：
1、只压紧，不防滑；
2、由于不防滑，造成加工工件时精度低；
3、可靠性差。

为了克服现有技术的缺陷，本实用新型提供以下技术方案：
一种新型铝型材防滑压紧装置，其包括调节支撑座，调节支撑座上部套设在压料气缸上，所述压料气缸左端设有推杆，推杆的端部与压料头底座螺纹固定连接，所述压料头底座的左端与压料头固定连接。
进一步的，所述压料头采用橡胶材质制成。
进一步的，所述调节支撑座上端设有紧固压料气缸的锁紧螺丝。
本实用新型所带来的有益效果是：具有防滑压紧的功能，加工精度高，可靠性强。
