本实用新型涉及一种单元式超薄石材保温装饰一体化板，属于石材加工技术领域。
背景技术
现有的建筑外墙的保温板与石材装饰分别属于两个工种，两个安装体系；其方法是现在外墙布设龙骨和滑龙骨，然后填充保温材料，最后再干挂25mm厚度石材，这样成本高，浪费石材资源，而且大量使用石材费时费力，施工不安全，保温效果不理想。
发明内容
为了克服上述的不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种单元式超薄石材保温装饰一体化板及其制作方法。本实用新型采用6mm薄石材与保温材料复合成一体板，并将钢龙骨预置于一体板内，通过连接件与墙体连接，解决了以往方法存在的不足。
一种单元式超薄石材保温装饰一体化板，若干小规格超薄板的背面通过其上紧固装置的螺杆及螺母的配合固定在两根方钢上，螺母与方钢之间具有垫，小规格超薄板的背面具有保温材料。
小规格超薄板的两侧各开有两个梯形凹槽；紧固装置包括螺杆、螺母、垫及基座；基座上具有螺杆，螺杆上具有螺母及垫；基座的横截面形状具有与梯形凹槽的横截面形状相同，基座的横截面是梯形；基座在梯形凹槽内，基座可以在梯形凹槽内移动。
小规格超薄板是超薄石材或超薄瓷砖。
本实用新型的有益效果：安装方便，把每一个一种单元式超薄石材保温装饰一体化板相互拼接就可以把室外墙面装饰成为一个美观的外部。节省了人力物力。

一种单元式超薄石材保温装饰一体化板，若干小规格超薄板7的背面通过其上紧固装置的螺杆1及螺母3的配合固定在两根方钢上，螺母3与方钢9之间具有垫4，小规格超薄板7的背面具有保温材料6。
小规格超薄板7的两侧各开有两个梯形凹槽8；紧固装置包括螺杆1、螺母3、垫4及基座5；基座5上具有螺杆1，螺杆1上具有螺母3及垫4；基座5的横截面形状具有与梯形凹槽8的横截面形状相同，基座5的横截面是梯形；基座5在梯形凹槽8内，基座5可以在梯形凹槽8内移动。
小规格超薄板7是超薄石材或超薄瓷砖。

1.一种单元式超薄石材保温装饰一体化板，其特征在于：若干小规格超薄板（7）的背面通过其上紧固装置的螺杆（1）及螺母（3）的配合固定在两根方钢（9）上，螺母（3）与方钢之间具有垫（4），小规格超薄板（7）的背面具有保温材料（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单元式超薄石材保温装饰一体化板，其特征在于：小规格超薄板（7）的两侧各开有两个梯形凹槽（8）；紧固装置包括螺杆（1）、螺母（3）、垫（4）及基座（5）；基座（5）上具有螺杆（1），螺杆（1）上具有螺母（3）及垫（4）；基座（5）的横截面形状具有与梯形凹槽（8）的横截面形状相同，基座（5）的横截面是梯形；基座（5）在梯形凹槽（8）内，基座（5）可以在梯形凹槽（8）内移动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种单元式超薄石材保温装饰一体化板，其特征在于：小规格超薄板（7）是超薄石材或超薄瓷砖。
