技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种建筑外墙保温装饰材料技术领域，特别与一种仿石多彩涂层保温装饰一体化板有关。
背景技术
在建筑外墙用石材作保温装饰时，通常采用先对墙体表面进行抹平处理，然后将保温板贴上墙，再对保温板进行表面处理，最后将石材贴上。但这种施工方法存在有不足之处：其一为保温与装饰分开施工，施工繁琐，费时费工；其二为石材较重，增大建筑物自身重量，同时日久易脱落，造成安全事故。为了解决上述问题，本发明人设计出一种仿石多彩涂层保温装饰一体化板，本案由此产生。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的为解决石材在建筑墙体上作保温装饰施工时存在的诸多不足，提供一种施工简便、重量较轻、仿石多彩涂层保温装饰一体化板材。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种仿石多彩涂层保温装饰一体化板，包括保温板，在保温板的上下两面贴合砂浆玻纤布形成界面层，在其中一个界面层之外依次喷涂底漆层、仿石多彩涂层、罩面漆层。
采用上述方案后，本实用新型具有诸多有益效果：实用新型中仿石多彩涂层直接应用于保温板上，实现保温装饰一体化。同时利用仿石多彩涂层代替石材，减轻重量，提高产品安装后的结构的安全性。

一种仿石多彩涂层保温装饰一体化板，包括保温板1、界面层2、底漆层3、仿石多彩涂层4、罩面漆层5。
保温板1是采用建筑保温领域中的保温材料制成的板层，在保温板1的上下两面均贴覆一层砂浆玻纤布，作为界面层2，这样以提高保温板1与仿石多彩涂层4、保温板1与建筑墙体之间的粘结强度，确保产品结构的安全性。在其中一个界面层2之外，由内而外依次喷涂底漆层3、仿石多彩涂层4、罩面漆层5。
仿石多彩涂层4是采用仿石多彩涂料涂布形成的层面，利用仿石多彩涂层代替石材，减轻重量，提高产品安装后的安全性。罩面漆层5是属于保护层，具有抗污染、耐磨等特性。
本实用新型主要将仿石多彩涂层直接应用于保温板1上，实现保温装饰一体化。减轻重量，提高产品安装后的结构的安全性。
