背景技术
现在的校园为了方便校内人员洗浴，一般都设置浴室。现在的校园浴室都有其独立的热水供应系统，该热水供应系统，通常包括热水供应管路、冷水供应管路、将热水供应管路与冷水供应管路连接在一起以将冷水与热水混合的混合管路、淋浴房、安装淋雨房内的热水刷卡器以及出水管路。热水刷卡器通常设有进水口与出水口，其中进水口与混合管路连接，出水口与出水管路连接。使用者在洗澡时，可以使用校园一卡通在热水刷卡器上刷卡，热水刷卡器将混合管路内的混合好的热水从进水口引入，并通过出水口输送至浴霸，如此，使用者便可以洗浴了。
现有的热水刷卡器大都采取刷卡后即出水，再次刷卡即停水的模式对热水供应系统的供水进行管理，并且现有的热水供应系统没有在显眼的地方设置可以放置IC卡的卡槽，使用者在洗澡时，并不是时刻都需要热水冲洗，然而由于热水供应系统没有在显眼的地方设置可以放置IC卡的卡槽，使用者一般都会将IC卡随意放置，因此，当使用者不需要热水冲洗时，因为觉得寻找IC卡麻烦，会让热水供应系统一直提供热水，从而导致水资源浪费的问题。

有鉴于此，本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有收容IC卡功能的热水刷卡器，以方便使用者取用IC卡，以对热水供应系统系统进行管理。
本实用新型提供一种具有收容IC卡功能的热水刷卡器，包括机壳及电路板，所述机壳包括基座及与所述基座配合的盖体，所述基座包括基板、底板、与底板相对的顶板及两相对的侧板，所述底板及所述顶板与所述基板的底缘及顶缘垂直连接，所述两侧板与所述基板的两相对的侧缘垂直连接，所述基板、所述底板、所述顶板及所述两侧板围成一个收容空间，所述电路板与所述基板固定连接并位于所述收容空间内，所述电路板上设置有磁头、与所述磁头电性连接的处理器及与所述处理器电性连接的电磁阀，所述电磁阀用于与混合管路和出水管路连接，所述盖体包括与所述基板相对的盖板，所述盖板上设有对应所述磁头的刷卡槽，所述两侧板的其中一个侧板延伸出安装块，所述安装块上开设有用于收容IC卡的容置腔，所述容置腔的开口方向朝向所述顶板。
进一步地，所述具有收容IC卡功能的热水刷卡器还包括流量计，所述流量计均与所述处理器电性连接。
进一步地，所述电路板上还设有LED显示屏，所述LED显示屏与所述处理器电性连接并用于显示磁卡余额，所述盖板设置有容纳LED显示屏的开口。
进一步地，所述基板上凸设有位于所述收容空间内的多个固定柱，每一固定柱上设有固定孔，所述电路板上开设有多个通孔，多个固定件穿过电路板上的通孔锁入所述基板的固定孔内将所述电路板固定在所述基板上。
进一步地，所述容置腔的深度大于等于IC卡的长度的三分之一，小于等于IC卡长度的四分之三。

本实用新型的具有收容IC卡功能的热水刷卡器通过安装块，安装块上设置容置腔，使用者在刷卡之后可以将IC卡插入容置腔内，方便使用者取拿IC卡，当使用者不需要热水冲洗时，可以从容置腔内取出IC卡，然后在刷卡槽内再次刷卡，将混合水管与出水管断开，从而使热水供应系统不再供水，方便使用者对热水供应系统是否供水进行管理，从而可以节约水资源。

请参阅图1-2，本实用新型实施例提供的具有收容IC卡功能的热水刷卡器包括机壳20及电路板30。机壳20包括基座22及与基座22配合的盖体24。基座22包括基板221、底板222、与底板222相对的顶板223及两相对的侧板224，底板222及顶板223与基板221底缘及顶缘垂直连接，两侧板224与基板221的两相对的侧缘垂直连接。基板221、底板222、顶板223及两侧板224围成一个收容空间226，电路板30与基板221固定连接，并位于收容空间226。电路板30上设置有磁头32、与磁头32电性连接的处理器34及与处理器34电性连接的电磁阀，电磁阀用于与混合管路和出水管路连接。盖体24包括与基板221相对的盖板241，盖板241上设有对应磁头32的刷卡槽242。盖体24的盖板241上设置有与磁头32对应的刷卡槽242。两侧板224的其中一个侧板224延伸出安装块28，安装块28上开设有用于安装IC卡的容置腔280，容置腔280的开口方向朝向顶板223。
在本实施例中，本实用新型的具有收容IC卡功能的热水刷卡器还包括与处理器34电性连接的流量计。流量计用于感应流经电磁阀的水量。
在本实施例中，电路板30上还设有LED显示屏36，LED显示屏36与处理器34电性连接，盖板241设置有容纳LED显示屏36的开口248。LED显示屏36用于显示磁卡余额。
在本实施例中，基板221上凸设有位于收容空间226内的多个固定柱，固定柱上设有固定孔例如螺纹孔，电路板30上开设有多个通孔，多个固定件例如螺钉穿过电路板30上的通孔锁入固定孔内将电路板30固定在基板221上。
在本实施例中，为了便于取拿IC卡，容置腔280的深度大于等于IC卡的长度的三分之一，小于等于IC卡长度的四分之三。
具体地，本实用新型的具有收容IC卡功能的热水刷卡器安装在浴室的淋浴房内，电磁阀与浴室的混合管路以及出水管路连接，使用者在使用本实用新型的具有收容IC卡功能的热水刷卡器时，使用者将IC从刷卡槽242，磁头32读取IC卡的信息具体为IC卡的余额信息并将信息传输给处理器34，当处理处理器34在判定IC卡的余额信息不为0时，开启电磁阀使混合管路供水，流量计用于感应流经电磁阀的水量，随着水流的通过，流量计向处理器34发出脉冲信号从而依照费率计算出差生的费用，所产生的费用经处理器34扣除后，在LED显示屏上显示出IC卡内的余额。当使用者不需要用热水冲洗时，可以按下操作按键243使处理器34产生中断信号进而关闭电磁阀关闭，从而将混合管路与出水管路断开，以使混合管路停止供水。需要说明的是，使用者在刷卡之后，可以将IC插入容置腔280。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型的具有收容IC卡功能的热水刷卡器通过安装块28，安装块28上设置容置腔280，使用者在刷卡之后可以将IC卡插入容置腔280内，当使用者不需要热水冲洗时，可以从容置腔280内取出IC卡，然后在刷卡槽242内再次刷卡，将混合水管与出水管断开，从而使热水供应系统不再供水，方便使用者对热水供应系统是否供水进行管理，从而可以节约水资源。

1.一种具有收容IC卡功能的热水刷卡器，其特征在于，包括机壳(20)及电路板(30)，所述机壳(20)包括基座(22)及与所述基座(22)配合的盖体(24)，所述基座(22)包括基板(221)、底板(222)、与底板(222)相对的顶板(223)及两相对的侧板(224)，所述底板(222)及所述顶板(223)与所述基板(221)的底缘及顶缘垂直连接，所述两侧板(224)与所述基板(221)的两相对的侧缘垂直连接，所述基板(221)、所述底板(222)、所述顶板(223)及所述两侧板(224)围成一个收容空间(226)，所述电路板(30)与所述基板(221)固定连接并位于所述收容空间(226)内，所述电路板(30)上设置有磁头(32)、与所述磁头(32)电性连接的处理器(34)及与所述处理器(34)电性连接的电磁阀，所述电磁阀用于与混合管路和出水管路连接，所述盖体(24)包括与所述基板(221)相对的盖板(241)，所述盖板(241)上设有对应所述磁头(32)的刷卡槽(242)，所述两侧板(224)的其中一个侧板(224)延伸出安装块(28)，所述安装块(28)上开设有用于收容IC卡的容置腔(280)，所述容置腔(280)的开口方向朝向所述顶板(223)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有收容IC卡功能的热水刷卡器，其特征在于：所述具有收容IC卡功能的热水刷卡器还包括流量计，所述流量计与所述处理器(34)电性连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有收容IC卡功能的热水刷卡器，其特征在于：所述电路板(30)上还设有LED显示屏(36)，所述LED显示屏(36)与所述处理器(34)电性连接并用于显示磁卡余额，所述盖板(241)设置有容纳LED显示屏(36)的开口(248)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有收容IC卡功能的热水刷卡器，其特征在于：所述基板(221)上凸设有位于所述收容空间(226)内的多个固定柱，每一固定柱上设有固定孔，所述电路板(30)上开设有多个通孔，多个固定件穿过电路板(30)上的通孔锁入所述基板(221)的固定孔内将所述电路板(30)固定在所述基板(221)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有收容IC卡功能的热水刷卡器，其特征在于：所述容置腔(280)的深度大于等于IC卡的长度的三分之一，小于等于IC卡长度的四分之三。
