[0002] 太阳能热水器将太阳光能转化为热能,将水从低温度加热到高温度,以满足人们在生活、生产中的热水使用。真空管式家用太阳能热水器是由集热管、储水箱及支架等相关附件组成。阳光穿过吸热管的第一层玻璃照到第二层玻璃的黑色吸热层上,将太阳光能的热量吸收,由于两层玻璃之间是真空隔热的,热量不能向外传,只能传给玻璃管里面的水,使玻璃管内的水加热,加热的水便轻沿着玻璃管受热面往上进入保温储水桶,桶内温度相对较低的水沿着玻璃管背光面进入玻璃管补充,如此不断循环,使保温储水桶内的水不断加热,从而达到热水的目的。由于制热是依靠真空玻璃管,因此给太阳能热水器带来了一个致命的缺陷“爆管”,即在冷热不均的情况下,特别是在冬季夏季,更容量产生这种“爆管”现象,一般太阳能热水器均安装在顶层,一旦产生“爆管”,不仅浪费了大量的水源,而且更换困难,危险性高。给广大使用单位和家庭增加了不少麻烦,甚至产生宁肯花钱买电热水器而不愿再购太阳能热水器的现象,从而阻碍了太阳能热水器的推广应用。
实用新型内容

[0005] 太阳能集热热水器,它包括集热箱、光伏板组件及电极棒;所述集热箱的顶部为金属吸热板;所述集热箱的底部为绝热板;在所述金属吸热板与绝热板之间固定设有多组柱形散热件;所述电极棒置于集热箱内,其一端与光伏板组件的负极信号传输端口相接;所述光伏板组件正极信号传输端口相接金属吸热板;在所述光伏板组件正极信号传输端口与负极信号传输端口之间设有稳压整流管。
[0006] 为增加保温效果,作为一种优选方案,本实用新型所述集热箱的外壁设有保温层。
[0007] 本发明采用电极棒与金属吸热板进行组合加热,电极棒为铝棒或其他金属棒,因此不容易烧坏,且热功率高,当用直流电接入电极棒时,加热水的同时能产生电解水,可达到饮用水标准。多组柱形散热件可增大与水的拉触面积,达到了最快、最好的热传递效果。

[0011] 如图1所示,太阳能集热热水器,它包括集热箱1、光伏板组件2及电极棒3 ;所述集热箱I的顶部为金属吸热板101 ;所述集热箱I的底部为绝热板102 ;在所述金属吸热板101与绝热板102之间固定设有多组柱形散热件103 ;所述电极棒3置于集热箱I内,其一端与光伏板组件2的负极信号传输端口相接;所述光伏板组件2正极信号传输端口相接金属吸热板101 ;在所述光伏板组件2正极信号传输端口与负极信号传输端口之间设有稳压整流管11。本实用新型所述集热箱I的外壁设有保温层4。

1.太阳能集热热水器,其特征在于,包括集热箱(1)、光伏板组件(2)及电极棒(3);所述集热箱(1)的顶部为金属吸热板(101);所述集热箱(1)的底部为绝热板(102);在所述金属吸热板(101)与绝热板(102)之间固定设有多组柱形散热件(103);所述电极棒(3)置于集热箱(1)内,其一端与光伏板组件(2)的负极信号传输端口相接;所述光伏板组件(2)正极信号传输端口相接金属吸热板(101);在所述光伏板组件(2)正极信号传输端口与负极信号传输端口之间设有稳压整流管(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能集热热水器,其特征在于:所述集热箱(1)的外壁设有保温层(4)。
