背景技术
螺母通常与螺栓、螺钉配合使用起到连接紧固零部件的作用，在使用螺栓和螺母配合锁紧零部件时，螺母容易松动，传统的汽车散热器水室中用的四角螺母，容易从水室中掉落下来，加上塑料阻片才可以，放这样使用起来就比较麻烦。

本实用新型的技术解决方案：一种汽车散热器专用螺母，包括一体设置的螺母本体、挡圈、凸点；所述螺母本体呈正方体结构设置；所述挡圈表面部通过连接部与螺母本体连接在一起；所述凸点是一边倒角的矩形块；所述螺母本体的内壁设有螺纹外表面设有镀铜层。
进一步的，所述螺母本体的材质是铁，呈正方体结构，边长为10mm，厚度为3mm；螺母本体上设有M4的螺纹孔外表面设有镀铜层。
进一步的，所述凸点是一边倒角的矩形块位于螺母本体正面的正上方中点位置，长2mm，宽1mm，高1mm，倒角R1mm，且倒角向下。
进一步的，所述挡圈表面部前端距离螺母本体3mm，挡圈表面部通过连接部与螺母本体连接在一起，挡圈的表面部以及连接部均设有镀铜层。
有益效果：
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的汽车散热器专用螺母，通过凸点可以将自己锁定在塑件中，不会自动脱落，挡圈具有弹性，在使用螺栓和螺母配合锁紧零部件时，螺母不容易松动，这样使用起来更加方便。

如图1所示，本实用新型的汽车散热器专用螺母，包括一体设置的螺母本体1、挡圈2、凸点3；所述螺母本体1呈正方体结构设置；所述挡圈2表面部通过连接部与螺母本体1连接在一起；所述凸点3是一边倒角的矩形块；所述螺母本体1的内壁设有螺纹外表面设有镀铜层。
其中，所述螺母本体1的材质是铁，呈正方体结构，边长为10mm，厚度为3mm；螺母本体1上设有M4的螺纹孔外表面设有镀铜层。所述凸点3是一边倒角的矩形块位于螺母本体1正面的正上方中点位置，长2mm，宽1mm，高1mm，倒角R1mm，且倒角向下。所述挡圈2表面部前端距离螺母本体1为3mm，挡圈2表面部通过连接部与螺母本体1连接在一起，挡圈2的表面部以及连接部均设有镀铜层。
使用时，按住螺母本体1和挡圈2的张开部位，使其中间的间距变小，将螺母放进塑件相应的位置，利用凸点3卡在塑件槽中，实现固定作用。
