背景技术
现有技术中，对于需要进行平面磨削的小薄壁套类零件，一般直接将工件固定在磨床上，工件周围放置挡铁，一次磨削多件时，则将工件逐件靠紧固定，并在周围放置挡铁，再对工件进行磨削加工。基于这种工件固定方式的平面磨削加工，由于小薄壁套类零件底部与磨床磁盘的接触面积较小，操作时稍有不慎，工件就会因装夹不牢固产生歪斜并飞出，甚至造成人身及设备安全事故。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种小薄壁套类零件的平面磨削夹具，解决现有技术存在的小薄壁套类零件磨削平面时装夹不牢固的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种小薄壁套类零件的平面磨削夹具，由两个或两个以上的挡块（1）组成。挡块（1）的两侧加工有V型槽，V型槽均匀分布且大小适合于需要加工的薄壁套（2）的外圆直径。
本实用新型具有以下优点：夹具利用挡块V型槽将薄壁套靠紧固定，因挡块面积较大，因此挡块和薄壁套底部与磨床磁盘的接触面积大，装夹稳定，安全性能高，结构简单，使用方便。

工作过程：将挡块（1）放置在磨床磁盘上，薄壁套（2）外圆靠紧V型槽，再将第二个挡块的V型槽靠紧薄壁套（2）外圆，以此类推即可。
