本实用新型涉及服装领域，更具体的公开了一种一体化胸衬垫肩及具有该一体化胸衬垫肩的服装。
背景技术
市场上大多数的传统服装的胸衬与垫肩不为一体化结构，在衣服的缝制和生产过程中，胸衬与垫肩需要分开缝合在服装面料的反面。虽然垫肩和胸衬在缝制过程中是分开缝合在服装面料的反面，但服装最终成品的胸衬与垫肩也要相互固定在一起。因此在缝制过程中，要求缝制者对胸衬和垫肩的贴合度把握精确。由于缝制人员在操作过程中对每件衣服的缝制手法不完全一样，因此容易出现胸衬与垫肩缝合时出现配合不完美的情况。比如服装的胸衬与垫肩结合处的面料出现过多或过少而引起拉拽现象，造成服装肩部的不平整。同时由于胸衬与垫肩不为一体，常常会造成服装的肩部的厚度增加，使制作出来的服装的肩部看起来比实际的要厚，美观度不好，与现在人们对服装穿着的要求的美观性背道而驰。
因此，市场亟需一种一体化胸衬垫肩及具有该一体化胸衬垫肩的服装，以解决现有市场上的分体式胸衬和垫肩由于缝制过程中配合精确度不易把握而造成的服装美观性差、穿着不舒适，服装易走样的问题。

本实用新型的一个目的在于，提出一种一体化胸衬垫肩，该一体化胸衬垫肩将现有市场上分体式的胸衬和垫肩设计缝制为一体，解决了因分体式胸衬和垫肩由于缝制过程中配合精确度不易把握而造成的服装美观性差、穿着不舒适，服装易走样的问题。
本实用新型的另一目的在于，提出一种服装，该服装上具有该一体化胸衬垫肩，穿着者穿着该服装的舒适性更好，美观度更强。
为达到此目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一体化胸衬垫肩，包括依次缝合在一起的胸衬外层、胸衬内层和胸棉，所述胸衬外层、胸衬内层和胸棉上均设有缝合区，所述缝合区分别将所述胸衬外层、胸衬内层和胸棉划分为肩部区域和胸部区域，所述缝合区为与人体肩部形状相适配的弧线开口；所述缝合区被缝合后，所述肩部区域与胸部区域之间形成与人体肩部形状相适配的弧面过渡。
进一步的，还包括胸衬垫省，所述胸衬垫省缝合于所述胸衬外层与胸衬内层之间；所述胸衬垫省位于所述肩部区域中。
进一步的，还包括挺肩衬，所述挺肩衬缝合于所述胸衬内层与胸棉之间。
进一步的，所述挺肩衬上设有缝合区，所述缝合区将所述挺肩衬划分为所述肩部区域和所述胸部区域。
进一步的，还包括肩棉，所述肩棉缝合于所述挺肩衬与胸棉之间；所述肩棉缝合于所述肩部区域中。

优选的，所述缝合区采用Z字形缝合方式进行缝合。
具有一体化胸衬垫肩的服装，包括衣服本体，所述衣服本体的内部缝合有如上任一项所述的一体化胸衬垫肩。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本实用新型的技术方案。
实施例一
如图1-4所示，是本实施例提出的一体化胸衬垫肩，包括依次缝合在一起的胸衬外层1、胸衬内层2和胸棉3，胸衬外层1、胸衬内层2和胸棉3上均设有缝合区，缝合区分别将胸衬外层1、胸衬内层2和胸棉3划分为肩部区域8和胸部区域9，缝合区为与人体肩部形状相适配的弧线开口，当缝合区被缝合后，肩部区域8与胸部区域9之间形成与人体肩部形状相适配的弧面过渡。
本实施例中的一体化胸衬垫肩还包括胸衬垫省4、挺肩衬5和肩棉6，作为进一步的实施方式，胸衬垫省4缝合于胸衬外层1与胸衬内层2之间，胸衬垫省4位于肩部区域8中，挺肩衬5缝合于胸衬内层2与胸棉3之间，肩棉6缝合于挺肩衬5与胸棉3之间，肩棉6缝合于肩部区域8中。
其中，挺肩衬5上设有缝合区，缝合区将挺肩衬5划分为肩部区域8和胸部区域9。
在具体实施过程中，缝合区包括设于胸衬外层1上的第一缝合区71，设于胸衬内层2上的第二缝合区72，设于胸棉3上的第三缝合区73，设于挺肩衬5上的第四缝合区51。其中，第二缝合区72、第三缝合区73、第四缝合区51的位置、长度和形状相适配。第二缝合区72、第三缝合区73、第四缝合区51的长度可以相等也可以不相等，在缝合过程中上述三个缝合区的位置要重合，且三个缝合区的形状要相适配，但并不局限在上述技术方案中，只要将上述各部分缝合在一起时能够在肩部区域8和胸部区域9之间形成与人体肩部形状相适配的弧面过渡即可。
作为更进一步的实施方式，第一缝合区71包括第一缝合部711和第二缝合部712，第一缝合部711与第二缝合部712相交且呈反“L”型设置。第一缝合部711与第二缝合区72、第三缝合区73、第四缝合区51的位置、长度和形状相适配。
作为一种优选的实施方案，在对缝合区进行缝合的过程中，优选采用Z字形缝合方式进行缝合。
本申请中将现有市场上分体式的胸衬和垫肩制作成一体化胸衬垫肩，节省了生产制作工序和缝制过程中的操作，使得生产制作过程所需时间更少，原材料更少，经济效益更好。本申请中的一体化胸衬垫肩解决了市场上分体式胸衬和垫肩由于缝制过程中配合精确度不易把握而造成的服装美观性差、穿着不舒适、服装易走样的问题。
实施例二
如图5所示，是本实施例提出的具有一体化胸衬垫肩的服装，包括衣服本体10，衣服本体10的内部缝合有如实施例一中提到的一体化胸衬垫肩11。
本实施例中的服装上缝制有实施例一中的一体化胸衬垫肩，一体化胸衬垫肩上设有缝合区，缝合区将一体化胸衬垫肩划分为肩部区域和胸部区域，由于缝合区为与人体肩部形状相适配的弧线开口，缝合区被缝合后，肩部区域与胸部区域之间形成与人体肩部形状相适配的弧面过渡，使具有该一体化胸衬垫肩的服装从外观上更加挺拔。由于具有弧面过渡，能够对衣服的肩部起到支撑作用，在穿着过程中能够与人体的肩部贴合的更加自然，穿着者在运动过程中不容易出现变形、褶皱等情况，用户舒适度更高。
穿着本申请中的具有一体化胸衬垫肩的服装更加舒适，在服装更加贴身的前提下，还能够对肩部起到支撑作用，服装的平整度更好、美观度更好。

所述缝合区被缝合后，所述肩部区域(8)与胸部区域(9)之间形成与人体肩部形状相适配的弧面过渡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一体化胸衬垫肩，其特征在于：还包括胸衬垫省(4)，所述胸衬垫省(4)缝合于所述胸衬外层(1)与胸衬内层(2)之间；
所述胸衬垫省(4)位于所述肩部区域(8)中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一体化胸衬垫肩，其特征在于：还包括挺肩衬(5)，所述挺肩衬(5)缝合于所述胸衬内层(2)与胸棉(3)之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一体化胸衬垫肩，其特征在于：所述挺肩衬(5)上设有缝合区，所述缝合区将所述挺肩衬(5)划分为所述肩部区域(8)和所述胸部区域(9)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一体化胸衬垫肩，其特征在于：还包括肩棉(6)，所述肩棉(6)缝合于所述挺肩衬(5)与胸棉(3)之间；

6.根据权利要求4所述的一体化胸衬垫肩，其特征在于：所述缝合区包括设于所述胸衬外层(1)上的第一缝合区(71)，设于所述胸衬内层(2)上的第二缝合区(72)，设于所述胸棉(3)上的第三缝合区(73)，设于所述挺肩衬(5)上的第四缝合区(51)；
所述第二缝合区(72)、第三缝合区(73)、第四缝合区(51)的位置、长度和形状相适配。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一体化胸衬垫肩，其特征在于：所述第一缝合区(71)包括第一缝合部(711)和第二缝合部(712)，所述第一缝合部(711)与第二缝合部(712)相交且呈反“L”型设置；
所述第一缝合部(711)与所述第二缝合区(72)、第三缝合区(73)、第四缝合区(51)的位置、长度和形状相适配。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的一体化胸衬垫肩，其特征在于：所述缝合区采用Z字形缝合方式进行缝合。
9.具有一体化胸衬垫肩的服装，包括衣服本体(10)，其特征在于：所述衣服本体(10)的内部缝合有如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的一体化胸衬垫肩(11)。
