目前,比色计都是由电源开关控制,打开电源比色计开始工作,在化验过程中,比色计没有必要长期处在通电状态,而化验员又不能及时关闭电源,导致比色数据不稳定,无法正常计算化验结果,卤钨灯经常损坏更换,影响了化验结果,缩短了比色计的使用寿命。

本实用新型克服了现有比色计不能根据化验员的使用时间及时打开和关闭电源,导致比色计长时间通电加热,测量数据不稳定,使用寿命短的不足,本实用新型提供了一种可以根据化验员的使用时间及时打开和关闭电源的新型比色计,测量精度高,大大延长了比色计的使用寿命。
本实用新型为解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种新型比色计,由插头、电源开关、线路、时间控制器、比色装置构成,其特征是插头与开关通过线路电连接,开关与时间控制器的电源进行连接,时间控制器的输出端口与比色装置的电源连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型结构简单,制造容易,可避免光路受热不稳,可稳定光源波长,大大延长比色计使用寿命。
