本实用新型属于医学免疫分析设备领域，尤其是涉及一种液体混匀装置。
背景技术
科研、卫生、化工等行业在对液体进行分析时需要对液体进行混匀处理后进行分析测试。混匀一般采用手工混匀和机动混匀两种方式，手工混匀是通过人工手持试管进行混匀，这种方式虽然比较简单，但费时费力，而且混匀效果差异很大。目前的机动混匀装置在启动后，容易出现混合不均匀的现象，影响了后续参数的采集分析。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是提供一种结构简单、混匀效果好的液体混匀装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种液体混匀装置，包括底座、外壳、振动马达、反应杯托和反应杯，在所述底座上设有所述外壳，在所述底座上位于所述外壳的内部安装有所述振动马达，在所述外壳内部的振动马达上设有所述反应杯托，在所述反应杯托上设有所述反应杯。
进一步的，在所述反应杯托与所述外壳的内壁之间设有O型圈，使得反应杯托与外壳内壁更好的密封和固定。
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是：由于采用上述技术方案，振动马达通电后带动反应杯托振动，从而将反应杯中的液体混匀，反应杯的安装和取下操作方便、快捷；具有结构简单，使用方便，混匀效果好等优点。

如图1和2所示，一种液体混匀装置，包括底座1、外壳2、振动马达3、反应杯托4和反应杯5，在所述底座1上设有所述外壳2，在所述底座1上位于所述外壳2的内部安装有所述振动马达3，在所述外壳2内部的振动马达3上设有所述反应杯托4，在所述反应杯托4与所述外壳2的内壁之间设有O型圈6，使得反应杯托4与外壳2的内壁更好的密封和固定，在所述反应杯托4上设有所述反应杯5。
使用时，振动马达3通电后带动反应杯托4振动，从而将反应杯5中的液体混匀，反应杯5的安装和取下操作方便、快捷。
