Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种液硫池废气回收系统,包括液硫脱气池,所述液硫脱气池连接有废气管线,其特征在于所述废气管线连接废气缓冲罐的入口,所述废气缓冲罐的出口通过增压机连接硫磺反应炉的主烧嘴;所述液硫脱气池的底部设有鼓泡器,所述鼓泡器的空气入口通过第一管道连接硫磺反应炉空气管线。本实用新型增压后的废气主要成份为空气,返回主烧嘴后对反应炉的反应不会有影响;避免了反应炉炉温降低的问题,保证了反应炉中氨的反应和转化率;另外,采用空气作为鼓泡介质,空气中的氧气有助于H2S分解为单质硫,能强化液硫脱气,保证了脱气后液硫中的H2S含量小于10ppm;且操作容易、平稳,相较于现有技术更加节能,其减少的能耗约为2kg标油/t硫磺。

一种液硫池废气回收系统
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种液硫池废气回收系统。
背景技术
目前国内硫磺回收装置烟囱排放的烟气中二氧化硫排放浓度按《大气污染物综合排放标准》(GB 16297-1996)中规定二氧化硫排放浓度<960mg/Nm3的要求执行,但即将颁布的《大气污染物综合排放标准》要求:新污染源硫磺生产企业排气筒二氧化硫排放浓度<400mg/Nm3,特定地区二氧化硫排放浓度<200mg/Nm3。为满足日趋严格的环保控制要求,需要采取措施降低装置的二氧化硫排放量。
烟囱排放的二氧化硫主要由净化尾气、焚烧炉燃料气和液硫池废气所含硫化物焚烧产生,其中液硫池废气所含硫化物焚烧产生的二氧化硫约为100~200mg/Nm3
目前,液硫池废气回收方法有蒸汽喷射法和吸收塔尾气增压鼓泡法。其中,蒸汽喷射法是采用蒸汽喷射器将液硫池废气送回至硫磺燃烧炉进行回收;但是该方法由于蒸汽的带入,会使反应炉炉温降低30~40℃,不利于反应炉中氨的反应,也不利于反应转化率。
而吸收塔尾气增压鼓泡,净化尾气流量大于进入加氢反应器流量时,含硫化氢的尾气从液硫池放空口逸出(液硫池不允许密闭),对环境和人员健康都有不利影响;净化尾气流量小于进入加氢反应器流量时,液硫池放空口的空气就会进入加氢反应器,会对装置正常运行带来威胁;操作上存在很大难度;吸收塔尾气中含有的H2S浓度约为50ppm,鼓泡脱气后不能保证液硫中的H2S含量小于10ppm;并且,吸收塔尾气增压鼓泡技术增加了尾气处理单元的负荷,除增压机的电消耗外,还有鼓泡后喷射器的蒸汽消耗,因此其能耗更高,而且会导致烟气SO2排放浓度的升高。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的现状提供一种回收率高、能耗低且对硫磺反应炉无不利影响的液硫池废气回收系统。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该液硫池废气回收系统,包括液硫脱气池,所述液硫脱气池连接有废气管线,其特征在于所述废气管线连接废气缓冲罐的入口,所述废气缓冲罐的出口通过增压机连接硫磺反应炉的主烧嘴;
所述液硫脱气池的底部设有鼓泡器,所述鼓泡器的空气入口通过第一管道连接硫磺反应炉空气管线。
作为改进,可以在所述废气缓冲罐内设有用于加热废气防止硫雾聚结的加热部件。该结构能够有效保证增压机的正常工作。
较好的,所述加热部件为加热盘管。
所述液硫脱气池内可以设有溢流堰将液硫脱气池分隔为气提区和成品区;所述鼓泡器和所述废气管线的入口设置在所述气提区内。
本实用新型与蒸汽喷射技术相比较,本实用新型增压后的废气主要成份为空气,返回主烧嘴后作为反应炉反应的部分原料空气,不会降低反应炉炉温;避免了蒸汽喷射增压所导致的降低反应炉炉温的问题,保证了反应炉中氨的反应和转化率。另外,采用反应炉空气管线中的空气作为鼓泡介质,空气中的氧气有助于H2S分解为单质硫,能强化液硫脱气,保证了脱气后液硫中的H2S含量小于10ppm;且操作容易、平稳,相较于现有技术更加节能,其减少的能耗约为2kg标油/t硫磺。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示,本实施例中与硫磺回收装置配套使用的液硫池废气回收系统包括:
液硫脱气池1,其内设有溢流堰11将液硫脱气池分隔为气提区12和成品区13。
鼓泡器6,设置在气提区12内,其空气入口通过第一管道7连接硫磺反应炉的空气管线8。空气管线8上设有空气风机9。
废气管线2,用于输送气提区鼓泡所产生的废气,其入口设置在气提区12内,其出口连接废气缓冲罐3的入口。
废气缓冲罐3,对气提区产生的废气缓冲后再送入增压机4,保证增压机的正常工作。本实施例中,废气缓冲罐3内设有用于加热废气防止硫雾聚结的加热盘管31。
增压机4,用于对废气增加后送入硫磺反应炉的主烧嘴5;其入口连接废气缓冲罐3的出口,其出口连接硫磺反应炉的主烧嘴5。
本液硫池废气回收系统的工作原理描述如下:
大气中的空气由空气风机增压后,一部分通过空气管线8送去反应炉,另一部分通过第一管道7送去鼓泡器,气体出液硫中的硫化氢,产生废气。废气经由废气管线2进入废气缓冲罐3内,在废气缓冲罐内的加热盘管的加热下,有效防止了废气中夹带的硫雾因温度降低聚结,保证了增压机的正常运行。
废气缓冲罐出来的废气经废气增压机增压后返回硫磺反应炉主烧嘴5,作为原料空气的一部分参与反应燃烧。
该液硫池废气回收系统能够完全回收液硫池产生的废气,硫磺回收装置烟气中SO2排放浓度可降低至100~200mg/Nm3

Claims (4)

1.一种液硫池废气回收系统,包括液硫脱气池(1),所述液硫脱气池(1)连接有废气管线(2),其特征在于所述废气管线(2)连接废气缓冲罐(3)的入口,所述废气缓冲罐(3)的出口通过增压机(4)连接硫磺反应炉的主烧嘴(5);
所述液硫脱气池的底部设有鼓泡器(6),所述鼓泡器的空气入口通过第一管道(7)连接硫磺反应炉空气管线(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液硫池废气回收系统,其特征在于所述废气缓冲罐(3)内设有用于加热废气防止硫雾聚结的加热部件(31)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的液硫池废气回收系统,其特征在于所述加热部件(31)为加热盘管。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一权利要求所述的液硫池废气回收系统,其特征在于所述液硫脱气池(1)内设有溢流堰(11)将液硫脱气池分隔为气提区(12)和成品区(13);所述鼓泡器(6)和所述废气管线的入口设置在所述气提区(12)内。
