本实用新型涉及一种菌菇房,尤其是一种新型可控式秀珍菇菇房。
背景技术
目前,秀珍菇栽培房一般都是敞开式的竹木菇棚,设施简陋,调控性能差,在温度、湿度以及空气等环境条件的调节上存在一定的缺陷。比如,4月底前气温偏低,菌丝生长缓慢;7-8月高温时期,保湿与通风降温的矛盾难以妥善解决,菇蕾萎缩死亡多;9-10月随着自然气温的下降,自然出菇多,菇质差。
发明内容
为了有效解决现有秀珍菇菇房调控性能差、产量质量不稳定等问题,本实用新型提供一种保温降温性能好、喷雾增湿效率高且均匀、通风便捷的新型可控式秀珍菇菇房。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种新型可控式秀珍菇菇房,包括房骨架、屋顶和墙壁,所述菇房还包括防晒层、隔热层和保湿层,所述隔热层位于所述防晒层的下方,所述保湿层位于所述隔热层的下方,所述隔热层与所述保湿层之间设置有与外界大气相通的通风道,所述屋顶上设置有用以保持隔热层设定温度的隔热层水管,所述隔热层水管上设置有至少两个喷罐,所述喷灌上开有至少两个出水孔,所述隔热层水管和所述喷罐均位于所述防晒层与所述隔热层之间;
所述保湿层上设置有活动窗,所述活动窗上设置有用以开合活动窗的操纵杆,所述操纵杆位于所述保湿层下方的菇房内。
进一步,所述保湿层的下方设置有用以保持菌菇设定湿度的菌菇水管,所述菌菇水管上分布有至少两个菌菇喷头,所述菌菇喷头位于相邻两个用以放置秀珍菇的菌菇架中间的上方。

参照图1,一种新型可控式秀珍菇菇房,包括房骨架1、屋顶2和墙壁,所述菇房还包括防晒层4、隔热层5和保湿层6,所述隔热层5位于所述防晒层4的下方,所述保湿层6位于所述隔热层5的下方,所述隔热层5与所述保湿层6之间设置有与外界大气相通的通风道7,所述屋顶2上设置有用以保持隔热层5设定温度的隔热层水管8,所述隔热层水管8上设置有至少两个喷罐81,所述喷灌81上开有至少两个出水孔,所述隔热层水管8和所述喷罐均81位于所述防晒层4与所述隔热层5之间;
所述保湿层6上设置有活动窗,所述活动窗上设置有用以开合活动窗的操纵杆9,所述操纵杆9位于所述保湿层6下方的菇房内。
进一步,所述保湿层6的下方设置有用以保持菌菇设定湿度的菌菇水管,所述菌菇水管上分布有至少两个菌菇喷头11,所述菌菇喷头11位于相邻两个用以放置秀珍菇的菌菇架10中间的上方。
更进一步,所述防晒层4为可折叠的遮阴网。
本实施例中,房骨架1和屋顶2均由钢丝搭建的,墙壁上开有与通风道相适应的弧形开口,菌菇架10为铁架。
本实用新型的使用方法为:将秀珍菇菌包放置在菌菇架10上,根据菇房内的温度和秀珍菇生长的情况,可适时打开隔热层水管8,通过喷罐81将水喷到隔热层5上,起到一定温度和湿度的调节;同时根据菇房内的湿度和秀珍菇的湿度,打开菌菇水管,通过菌菇喷头11将水喷到秀珍菇上,由于菌菇喷头11位于两排放置有秀珍菇的菌菇架10的中间上方,可实现自动喷雾到秀珍菇上,菌菇喷头11两侧的秀珍菇均可喷到水,菌菇之间的湿度比较均匀;秀珍菇的通风是通过操作操纵杆9将活动窗打开,使菇房内的空气与通风道7相通,从而实现空气的置换;此外,如果遇到烈日的天气或是温度较高的天气,可将遮阴网展开铺到屋顶2上,从而起到一定的隔温隔晒的作用。

1.一种新型可控式秀珍菇菇房,包括房骨架、屋顶和墙壁,其特征在于:所述菇房还包括防晒层、隔热层和保湿层,所述隔热层位于所述防晒层的下方,所述保湿层位于所述隔热层的下方,所述隔热层与所述保湿层之间设置有与外界大气相通的通风道,所述屋顶上设置有用以保持隔热层设定温度的隔热层水管,所述隔热层水管上设置有至少两个喷罐,所述喷灌上开有至少两个出水孔,所述隔热层水管和所述喷罐均位于所述防晒层与所述隔热层之间;
所述保湿层上设置有活动窗,所述活动窗上设置有用以开合活动窗的操纵杆,所述操纵杆位于所述保湿层下方的菇房内。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型可控式秀珍菇菇房,其特征在于:所述保湿层的下方设置有用以保持菌菇设定湿度的菌菇水管,所述菌菇水管上分布有至少两个菌菇喷头,所述菌菇喷头位于相邻两个用以放置秀珍菇的菌菇架中间的上方。
