如图1所示，本实用新型的轮距可调式的镇压轮机构，包括两个镇压轮总成2、两个镇压轮轴5和一个镇压轮架4，所述镇压轮轴5分别焊接在镇压轮架4的两端，所述镇压轮轴5靠近镇压轮架4一端设有台阶6，所述镇压轮轴5的另一端设有螺纹，所述镇压轮总成2套在镇压轮轴5上，并通过螺母3安装在镇压轮轴5上；所述镇压轮总成2与镇压轮轴5的台阶6之间，以及所述镇压轮总成2与螺母3之间分别设有间隔套1。
镇压轮总成通过螺母安装在镇压轮架轴上，通过更换不同的长度的间隔套实现两轮距可调。
