本实用新型公开一种防脱落的锄板，包括锄刃、锄箍和楔子，锄箍与楔子接触的部位为前挡部，楔子靠近锄箍的侧面设有一凸出的卡接杆，前挡部上端部设有与卡接杆对应的具有缺口的卡接口。将锄柄末端穿过锄箍安装至锄板上后，在锄箍与锄柄间隙插入楔子，通过楔子上的卡接杆和锄箍前挡部上的卡接口相互配合使锄柄与锄板紧密连接；使用锄头时，锄板受力，锄板与锄柄在力的作用下容易产生相对位移导致楔子移动，从而导致锄柄从锄箍中脱落，但卡接杆卡在弯折部或勾起部时，会减少楔子移动的几率，从而减少锄板的脱落现象；本实用新型在原有楔子和锄箍上分别设置卡接杆和卡接口即可实现防脱落效果，结构简单、制造容易、成本低廉，不必借助其他紧固件。

背景技术
目前使用的锄头是将锄板套在锄柄上，一般农户家里会购买锄板，而锄柄则就地取材采用自制的木棍。锄头最常见的问题是经过一段时间的使用，锄板易松动出现脱落现象。针对上述问题，中国专利文献中公开了多个采用螺栓、夹板之类的紧固装置，但这些紧固装置的结构都相对复杂、成本较高、使用不便，螺栓或夹板容易生锈，锈蚀后难以拆卸锄板；再者，螺栓结构需要在锄板与锄柄上对应设置内螺纹和外螺纹配合使用，不符合锄柄农家自制，不便刻制螺纹的实际情况。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题便是针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单、成本低廉的防脱落的锄板，它能够使使用者方便地安装使用锄头，且达到较好的防脱落效果。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种防脱落的锄板，包括锄刃、锄箍和楔子，所述锄箍与所述楔子接触的部位为前挡部，所述楔子靠近锄箍的侧面设有一凸出的卡接杆，所述前挡部上端部设有与所述卡接杆对应的具有缺口的卡接口。
作为优选，所述卡接口呈L型，其末端具有一向下的弯折部。
作为优选，所述卡接口呈l型，其末端具有一向上的勾起部。

如图1所示，一种防脱落的锄板，包括锄刃1、锄箍2和楔子3，锄箍2与楔子3接触的部位为前挡部21，楔子3靠近锄箍2的侧面设有一凸出的卡接杆4，前挡部21上端部设有与卡接杆4对应的具有缺口的卡接口。
实施例一，如图2所示，第一卡接口5呈L型，其末端具有一向下的弯折部51。
实施例二，如图3所示，第二卡接口6呈l型，其末端具有一向上的勾起部61。
将锄柄末端穿过锄箍2安装至锄板上后，在锄箍2与锄柄间隙插入楔子3，通过楔子3上所设的卡接杆4和锄箍2前挡部21上所设的第一卡接口5或第二卡接口6相互配合使锄柄与锄板紧密连接；使用锄头时，锄板受力，锄板与锄柄在力的作用下容易产生相对位移导致楔子3移动，从而导致锄柄从锄箍2中脱落，但卡接杆4卡在弯折部51或勾起部61时，会减少楔子3移动的几率，从而减少锄板的脱落现象；本实用新型在原有楔子3和锄箍2上分别设置卡接杆4和卡接口即可实现防脱落效果，结构简单、制造容易、成本低廉，不必借助其他紧固件。
