一种非接触式集成探头
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种探头,具体涉及一种非接触式集成探头,其可间接检测常压水箱的实时水位和温度,并传出电信号,属于传感器技术领域。
【背景技术】
常压水箱的温度检测一般使用热敏电阻浸入水箱,通过温度和电阻的变化转换成温度值,此装置的检测精度受热敏电阻质量的影响。由于采用浸入式安装,热敏电阻和导线的接头处容易被高温热水腐蚀而可能断开,故障率较高。
常压水箱的水位检测一般使用多点多组水位探头直接检测。每组探头代表一个水位点,利用水的导电性,每组探头通过极点之间的通/断来表征水位的实际高度。侵入水中的探头组件,探头的电极和导线的接头处容易被高温热水腐蚀而可能断开,也会因水质不良,电极表面结垢而无法导通,故障率较高。
因此,为解决上述技术问题,确有必要提供一种新型的非接触式集成探头,以克服现有技术中的所述缺陷。
【实用新型内容】
为解决上述问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、检测精度高,故障率少,安全可靠且成本低的非接触式集成探头。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案为:一种非接触式集成探头,其包括连接头、压力变送器、压力套管、压力传感器、温度套管、温度传感器、温度变送器、集成电路板、温度信号线、水位信号线、公用地线以及防尘外套;其中,所述压力套管、温度套管分别固持在连接头上;所述压力传感器收容于压力套管内,其和压力变送器电性连接;所述温度传感器收容于温度套管内,其和温度变送器电性连接;所述压力变送器、温度变送器、温度信号线、水位信号线、公用地线分别电性连接至集成电路板上;所述防尘外套安装于连接头上,其遮蔽所述集成电路板。
本实用新型的非接触式集成探头进一步设置为:于所述防尘外套的一端安装有一防水接头,于所述防水接头的一端设有一密封接头;所述温度信号线、水位信号线、公用地线穿出所述密封接头。
本实用新型的非接触式集成探头还设置为:所述压力变送器、温度变送器收容于连接头内。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:本实用新型的非接触式集成探头具有结构简单、检测精度高,故障率少,安全可靠且成本低等诸多优点。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅说明书附图1所示,本实用新型为一种非接触式集成探头,其由连接头1、压力变送器2、压力套管3、压力传感器4、温度套管5、温度传感器6、温度变送器7、集成电路板8、温度信号线12、水位信号线13、公用地线11以及防尘外套9等几部分装配而成。
其中,所述连接头1以管螺纹连接在水箱预留口。当常压水箱处于非缺水状态时,会淹没集成探头。
所述压力套管3、温度套管5分别固持在连接头1上。所述压力传感器4收容于压力套管3内,其和压力变送器2电性连接。所述温度传感器6收容于温度套管5内,其和温度变送器7电性连接。且所述压力变送器2、温度变送器7收容于连接头1内。由于压力套管3、温度套管5能够分别保护压力传感器4和温度传感器6,并间接检测温度和压力,有效防止水质对探头组件的损坏。
所述压力变送器2、温度变送器7、温度信号线12、水位信号线13、公用地线11分别电性连接至集成电路板8上。温度和压力信息通过该公用的集成电路板8处理,输出信号准确,不存在机械结构性误差。
所述防尘外套9安装于连接头1上,其遮蔽所述集成电路板8。于该防尘外套9的一端安装有一防水接头10,于所述防水接头10的一端设有一密封接头14。所述温度信号线12、水位信号线13、公用地线11穿出所述密封接头14。所述外防尘套9、防水接头10、密封接头14能够有效保护探头组件不被雨淋,不被破坏。
常压水箱里的水受大气压的作用,会对压力套管3中的压力传感器4产生压力,并传输到压力变送器2。压力变送器2将信号传递给集成电路板8,处理成电信号,通过公用地线11、水位信号线13传输出信号。
而浸入水中的温度套管5和温度传感器6将温度的变化传递给温度变送器7,温度变送器7将信号传递给集成电路板8,处理成电信号,通过公用地线11、温度信号线12传输出信号。

1.一种非接触式集成探头,其特征在于:包括连接头、压力变送器、压力套管、压力传感器、温度套管、温度传感器、温度变送器、集成电路板、温度信号线、水位信号线、公用地线以及防尘外套;其中,所述压力套管、温度套管分别固持在连接头上;所述压力传感器收容于压力套管内,其和压力变送器电性连接;所述温度传感器收容于温度套管内,其和温度变送器电性连接;所述压力变送器、温度变送器、温度信号线、水位信号线、公用地线分别电性连接至集成电路板上;所述防尘外套安装于连接头上,其遮蔽所述集成电路板。
2.如权利要求1所述的非接触式集成探头,其特征在于:于所述防尘外套的一端安装有一防水接头,于所述防水接头的一端设有一密封接头;所述温度信号线、水位信号线、公用地线穿出所述密封接头。
3.如权利要求1所述的非接触式集成探头,其特征在于:所述压力变送器、温度变送器收容于连接头内。
