本实用新型是提供一种基于火灾报警系统的插接式模块结构,包括上盖和底座,在上盖上安装有插针,在底座上固定有接线排,在接线排的背侧设有凹槽,在凹槽内设置有与凹槽大小及形状一致的夹片,夹片上设有与插针配套的插孔,在底座上还设有六角螺孔,在六角螺孔里安装有六角螺母,接线片螺钉穿过接线片与六角螺母固定连接,夹片与接线片固定连接,上盖和底座之间通过插针及夹片上的插孔插接成为一个整体。本实用新型模块结构通过插接方式使夹片与插针之间接触更加牢固,而且通过使用接线排增加了夹片与插针接触面积,即使多次反复拔插模块,夹片与插针之间不至于松动变形,增加了模块的可靠性与电路的稳定性,能更好的起到联动设备的作用。

本实用新型涉及一种基于火灾报警系统的插接式模块结构,属于火灾探测设备技术领域。
背景技术
模块广泛应该用于火灾报警器材之间,通过模块结构的使用实现各部件之间的联动关系。现有的老式模块装配工艺复杂,装配工时较长,多次拆装容易导致底座上的夹片与上盖上的插针松动,进而导致接触不牢固,最终造成误报警,不能很好的起到联动其他设备的作用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种基于火灾报警系统的插接式模块结构,避免因多次拆装出现松动,保证了模块结构使用的稳定性。 
通过下述方案实现的:基于火灾报警系统的插接式模块结构,包括上盖和底座,在上盖上安装有插针,在底座上固定有接线排,在接线排的背侧设有凹槽,在凹槽内设置有与凹槽大小及形状一致的夹片,夹片上设有与插针配套的插孔,在底座上还设有六角螺孔,在六角螺孔里安装有六角螺母,接线片螺钉穿过接线片与六角螺母固定连接,夹片与接线片固定连接,上盖和底座之间通过插针及夹片上的插孔插接成为一个整体。
本实用新型的优点:本发明针对现有的技术中存在的问题提供了一种新型模块结构,该新型模块结构通过插接方式使夹片与插针之间接触更加牢固;此外新型模块通过接线排增加了夹片与插针接触面积,即使当多次反复拔插模块的时候,夹片与插针之间不至于松动变形;本发明的插接式模块结构增加了模块的可靠性与电路的稳定性,相比较老式模块从整体结构上保证了产品一致性从而也节约了工时提高工作效率,数据传输的可靠性得到提高,能更好的起到联动设备的作用。

如图1至图3所示,基于火灾报警系统的插接式模块结构,包括上盖和底座3,在上盖上安装有插针8,在底座3上固定有接线排6,在接线排6的背侧设有凹槽,在凹槽内设置有与凹槽大小及形状一致的夹片4,夹片4上设有与插针配套的插孔,在底座3上还设有六角螺孔,在六角螺孔里安装有六角螺母2,接线片螺钉1穿过接线片与六角螺母2固定连接,夹片4与接线片固定连接,上盖和底座3之间通过插针8及夹片4上的插孔插接成为一个整体。

1.基于火灾报警系统的插接式模块结构,包括上盖和底座(3),在上盖上安装有插针(8),其特征在于:在底座(3)上固定有接线排(6),在接线排(6)的背侧设有凹槽,在凹槽内设置有与凹槽大小及形状一致的夹片(4),夹片(4)上设有与插针配套的插孔,在底座(3)上还设有六角螺孔,在六角螺孔里安装有六角螺母(2),接线片螺钉(1)穿过接线片与六角螺母(2)固定连接,夹片(4)与接线片固定连接,上盖和底座(3)之间通过插针(8)及夹片(4)上的插孔插接成为一个整体。
