一种准确计量调味器，包括主容器4、上盖5和设置在主容器4底部的活塞件3、支架2和小容器1，主容器4园球状或其它形状，上下开口，上开口设有上盖5，下开口套设活塞件3，活塞件3为漏斗形的管体，活塞件3的管壁上设有孔，活塞件3的下管体设于小容器1，当主容器4放在小容器1上时，活塞件3的下管体顶到小容器1上，使活塞件3顶起，活塞件3的管壁上的孔使主容器4内物体漏到小容器1内，当提起主容器4，活塞件3在重力作用下堵住下开口。小容器1为套接件，高度可以调节，容量可以改变。
作为改进，所述主容器4、小容器1为透明的，其外壁上设置有容量刻度线。
