本实用新型的技术方案是：一种具有保温层的石油管道，所述管道包括内管及套设在所述内管外侧的外管，所述内管与所述外管之间形成有密闭空腔，在所述空腔中设有保温层，所述保温层由内管向外管方向依次为反射隔热层、泡沫层和橡胶层。
优选地，所述内管内侧设有防腐层。
优选地，在所述外管外侧包裹有一层防水层。
