上述垃圾室(1)与控制室(2)之间采用挡板(8)隔开，车轮A(3)上装置刷毛(6)，车轮B(4)位于垃圾室(1)和控制室(2)，电机(5)置于控制室(2)内，车轮A(3)底部设有挡片(7)，挡片(7)与垃圾室(1)连通。
所述电机(5)控制车轮A(3)和车轮B(4)，车轮A(3)上的刷毛(6)将垃圾通过挡片(7)扫入垃圾室(1)中。
