插接式面板灯组装工装结构,主要由固定边框、两个活动边框和旋钮组成,固定边框由四条边框固定而成,固定边框的内侧设置T型槽,活动边框两端分别连接一个弹簧座,一个回位弹簧装到弹簧座上,弹簧座通过紧定螺钉将活动边框固定在固定边框的T型槽中,两个旋钮分别从固定边框的两条边框中间穿过与一个活动边框接触。本实用新型克服了传统的面板灯组装过程中效率低,四角对接不紧密导致漏光的缺陷,大大的提高了面板灯组装的效率,且结构简单,成本低,特别适合中小批量生产使用,组装质量差导致漏光。

本实用新型涉及LED照明技术领域,具体涉及一种插接式面板灯组装工装结构。
背景技术
随着社会科技技术的不断进步,LED行业不断推出新产品,其中市内照明更是LED的重点推广对象,面板灯作为室内照明的高端产品,越来越受到人们的青睐,但是面板灯的生产过程却存在着不小的问题,尤其是侧发光的面板灯,边框组装主要是靠角码将四条边框紧固,但是问题就是有时四条边框对接不好,容易造成面板灯正面四角漏光的情况出现,而且组装效率低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种插接式面板灯组装工装结构,以解决现有技术存在的组装质量差导致漏光和组装效率低的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的方案是:
一种插接式面板灯组装工装结构,主要由固定边框、两个活动边框和旋钮组成,固定边框由四条边框固定而成,固定边框的内侧设置T型槽,活动边框两端分别连接一个弹簧座,一个回位弹簧装到弹簧座上,弹簧座通过紧定螺钉将活动边框固定在固定边框的T型槽中,两个旋钮分别从固定边框的两条边框中间穿过与一个活动边框接触。
上述两个活动边框中一个活动边框一端设置插槽,以方便另一个活动边框从中穿入。
本实用新型的工作原理如下:主要由固定边框和两条活动边框,再通过回位弹簧和旋钮组成,只要把所要组装的面板灯边框对接放到工装的边框内部,再通过旋动两个旋钮,使两条活动边框往里运动将面板灯边框加紧,然后再用紧定螺钉将面板灯边框锁紧即可,最后只要往反方向旋动旋钮,活动边框在回位弹簧的作用下自动的回位,将夹紧的面板灯边框松开,取出面板灯边框即可。
本实用新型克服了传统的面板灯组装过程中效率低,四角对接不紧密导致漏光的缺陷,大大的提高了面板灯组装的效率,且结构简单,成本低,特别适合中小批量生产使用,组装质量差导致漏光。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种插接式面板灯组装工装结构,主要由固定边框1、活动边框一2、活动边框二5和旋钮6组成,固定边框1由四条边框固定而成,固定边框1的内侧设置T型槽9,活动边框一2和活动边框二5两端分别连接一个弹簧座4,一个回位弹簧3装到弹簧座4上,弹簧座4通过紧定螺钉7将活动边框一2和活动边框二5固定在固定边框1的T型槽9中,两个旋钮6分别从固定边框1的两条边框中间穿过与活动边框一2和活动边框二5接触,活动边框一2一端设置插槽,以方便活动边框二5从中穿入。
本实用新型将回位弹簧3装到弹簧座4上,再将弹簧座4嵌入固定边框(1)的T型槽内通过紧定螺钉7固定,然后将活动边框一2、活动边框二5整体装入固定边框1的T型槽内,最后将旋钮6旋入固定边框1的螺纹孔中即可完成本实用新型的组装。

1.一种插接式面板灯组装工装结构,其特征是主要由固定边框、两个活动边框和旋钮组成,固定边框由四条边框固定而成,固定边框的内侧设置T型槽,活动边框两端分别连接一个弹簧座,一个回位弹簧装到弹簧座上,弹簧座通过紧定螺钉将活动边框固定在固定边框的T型槽中,两个旋钮分别从固定边框的两条边框中间穿过与一个活动边框接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的插接式面板灯组装工装结构,其特征是两个活动边框中一个活动边框一端设置插槽,以方便另一个活动边框从中穿入。
