插接式面板灯组装工装结构，主要由固定边框、两个活动边框和旋钮组成，固定边框由四条边框固定而成，固定边框的内侧设置T型槽，活动边框两端分别连接一个弹簧座，一个回位弹簧装到弹簧座上，弹簧座通过紧定螺钉将活动边框固定在固定边框的T型槽中，两个旋钮分别从固定边框的两条边框中间穿过与一个活动边框接触。本实用新型克服了传统的面板灯组装过程中效率低，四角对接不紧密导致漏光的缺陷，大大的提高了面板灯组装的效率，且结构简单，成本低，特别适合中小批量生产使用，组装质量差导致漏光。

本实用新型涉及LED照明技术领域，具体涉及一种插接式面板灯组装工装结构。
背景技术
随着社会科技技术的不断进步，LED行业不断推出新产品，其中市内照明更是LED的重点推广对象，面板灯作为室内照明的高端产品，越来越受到人们的青睐，但是面板灯的生产过程却存在着不小的问题，尤其是侧发光的面板灯，边框组装主要是靠角码将四条边框紧固，但是问题就是有时四条边框对接不好，容易造成面板灯正面四角漏光的情况出现，而且组装效率低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种插接式面板灯组装工装结构，以解决现有技术存在的组装质量差导致漏光和组装效率低的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的方案是：
一种插接式面板灯组装工装结构，主要由固定边框、两个活动边框和旋钮组成，固定边框由四条边框固定而成，固定边框的内侧设置T型槽，活动边框两端分别连接一个弹簧座，一个回位弹簧装到弹簧座上，弹簧座通过紧定螺钉将活动边框固定在固定边框的T型槽中，两个旋钮分别从固定边框的两条边框中间穿过与一个活动边框接触。
上述两个活动边框中一个活动边框一端设置插槽，以方便另一个活动边框从中穿入。
本实用新型的工作原理如下：主要由固定边框和两条活动边框，再通过回位弹簧和旋钮组成，只要把所要组装的面板灯边框对接放到工装的边框内部，再通过旋动两个旋钮，使两条活动边框往里运动将面板灯边框加紧，然后再用紧定螺钉将面板灯边框锁紧即可，最后只要往反方向旋动旋钮，活动边框在回位弹簧的作用下自动的回位，将夹紧的面板灯边框松开，取出面板灯边框即可。
本实用新型克服了传统的面板灯组装过程中效率低，四角对接不紧密导致漏光的缺陷，大大的提高了面板灯组装的效率，且结构简单，成本低，特别适合中小批量生产使用，组装质量差导致漏光。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，一种插接式面板灯组装工装结构，主要由固定边框1、活动边框一2、活动边框二5和旋钮6组成，固定边框1由四条边框固定而成，固定边框1的内侧设置T型槽9，活动边框一2和活动边框二5两端分别连接一个弹簧座4，一个回位弹簧3装到弹簧座4上，弹簧座4通过紧定螺钉7将活动边框一2和活动边框二5固定在固定边框1的T型槽9中，两个旋钮6分别从固定边框1的两条边框中间穿过与活动边框一2和活动边框二5接触，活动边框一2一端设置插槽，以方便活动边框二5从中穿入。
本实用新型将回位弹簧3装到弹簧座4上，再将弹簧座4嵌入固定边框(1)的T型槽内通过紧定螺钉7固定，然后将活动边框一2、活动边框二5整体装入固定边框1的T型槽内，最后将旋钮6旋入固定边框1的螺纹孔中即可完成本实用新型的组装。

1.一种插接式面板灯组装工装结构，其特征是主要由固定边框、两个活动边框和旋钮组成，固定边框由四条边框固定而成，固定边框的内侧设置T型槽，活动边框两端分别连接一个弹簧座，一个回位弹簧装到弹簧座上，弹簧座通过紧定螺钉将活动边框固定在固定边框的T型槽中，两个旋钮分别从固定边框的两条边框中间穿过与一个活动边框接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的插接式面板灯组装工装结构，其特征是两个活动边框中一个活动边框一端设置插槽，以方便另一个活动边框从中穿入。
