基于T8一体化的LED格栅灯，主要由一体化灯体、灯板和扩散罩组成，一体化灯体包括外凸肋，外凸肋内部底面设置一个用来安装灯板的内嵌槽，外凸肋的两侧壁与内嵌槽之间分别连接一个内反光罩，外凸肋的两侧壁顶端向外分别连接一个外反光罩，扩散罩连接于一体化灯体的内反光罩和外反光罩之间，若干格栅板连接在一体化灯体的外反光罩之间，一体化灯体一侧设置电线插孔。本实用新型结构简单、体积小，能够和普通LED一体化灯管通用，解决了传统格栅灯结构复杂、体积大的问题，而且一体化灯体集成了内反光罩和外反光罩，制造时一次成型，大大降低了制造成本。

本实用新型涉及LED照明灯具技术领域，具体涉及一种基于T8一体化的LED格栅灯。
背景技术
T8灯管是荧光灯的一种，直径为1英寸，约25毫米，属于气体放电灯的一种。它使用电力在氩或氖气中激活水银蒸气，形成等离子并发出短波紫外线，令磷质发出可见的荧光以照明。一般的荧光管以玻璃制造，在两端装有插口以连接电源及固定荧光管的位置。
随着LED的快速发展，LED照明逐渐进入各个照明领域。传统格栅灯大都使用节能灯管作为主要光源，整灯结构较为复杂，体积较大，成本较高，灯管更换不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种基于T8一体化的LED格栅灯，以解决现有技术存在的结构复杂、成本高和灯管更换不方便的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的方案是：
一种基于T8一体化的LED格栅灯，主要由一体化灯体、灯板和扩散罩组成，一体化灯体包括外凸肋，外凸肋内部底面设置一个用来安装灯板的内嵌槽，外凸肋的两侧壁与内嵌槽之间分别连接一个内反光罩，外凸肋的两侧壁顶端向外分别连接一个外反光罩，扩散罩连接于一体化灯体的内反光罩和外反光罩之间，若干格栅板连接在一体化灯体的外反光罩之间，一体化灯体一侧设置电线插孔。
上述格栅板等间距地焊接或者插接或者螺丝连接在一体化灯体上。
本实用新型结构简单、体积小，能够和普通LED一体化灯管通用，解决了传统格栅灯结构复杂、体积大的问题，而且一体化灯体集成了内反光罩和外反光罩，制造时一次成型，大大降低了制造成本。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图3所示，一种基于T8一体化的LED格栅灯，主要由一体化灯体1、灯板2和扩散罩3组成，一体化灯体1包括外凸肋11，外凸肋11内部底面设置一个用来安装灯板2的内嵌槽12，外凸肋11的两侧壁与内嵌槽12之间分别连接一个内反光罩13，外凸肋11的两侧壁顶端向外分别连接一个外反光罩14，扩散罩3连接于一体化灯体1的内反光罩13和外反光罩14之间，若干格栅板4连接在一体化灯体1的外反光罩14之间，一体化灯体1一侧设置电线插孔5。
如图3所示是一体化灯体要包括外反光罩、内反光罩、内嵌槽、外凸肋。所有结构一次加工成型。
本发明的工作原理如下：电线插孔5接220V市电，灯板2发光，光线通过内反光罩13进行第一次配光，将光线均匀的投在扩散罩3上，通过扩散罩3后，光线更加柔和均匀，此时外反光罩14进行第二次横向配光，缩小横向发光角度，格栅板4进行第二次纵向配光，缩小纵向发光角度；灯板2在工作过程中产生的热量传递到一体化灯体1上，采用一体化灯体1整体散热方式，散热效果更好，一体化灯体1采用一次挤压成型，降低了整体成本，外凸肋11可以将整灯直接与普通T8一体化灯体互换使用，增加了通用性和互换性。
格栅板4等间距地焊接或者插接或者螺丝连接在一体化灯体1上。

Claims (2)

1.一种基于T8一体化的LED格栅灯，其特征是主要由一体化灯体、灯板和扩散罩组成，一体化灯体包括外凸肋，外凸肋内部底面设置一个用来安装灯板的内嵌槽，外凸肋的两侧壁与内嵌槽之间分别连接一个内反光罩，外凸肋的两侧壁顶端向外分别连接一个外反光罩，扩散罩连接于一体化灯体的内反光罩和外反光罩之间，若干格栅板连接在一体化灯体的外反光罩之间，一体化灯体一侧设置电线插孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于T8一体化的LED格栅灯，其特征是格栅板等间距地焊接或者插接或者螺丝连接在一体化灯体上。
