现有的铭牌粘贴时使用定位工装，员工将工装放置好后，需要肉眼对正后再粘贴，粘贴效率非常低，不仅浪费时间而且每块组件铭牌的位置不统一，影响外观，且遭客户客诉。

实用新型目的：针对目前常规铭牌粘贴定位方式存在操作麻烦，定位不统一的问题，本实用新型提供一种可调节组件铭牌粘贴定位装置，采用定位发射器的定位，从而提高铭牌粘贴效率，避免模板定位造成的位置不统一情况，同时也简化了员工需要手拿模板进行对齐的操作环节。
技术方案：一种可调节组件铭牌粘贴定位装置，包括工作台面、定位线发射器和支架；所述支架设在工作台面上；所述定位线发射器可调节式地安装在支架上，定位线发射器垂直照射在工作台面上。
进一步地，所述支架包括纵向支杆、横向支杆和垂直支杆；所述纵向支杆和横向支杆垂直交叉连接；所述垂直支杆上端与纵向支杆的一端连接；所述定位线发射器可调节式地安装在横向支杆上。

如图1所示，可调节组件铭牌粘贴定位装置，包括工作台面6、射出十字光标的红外镭射灯1和支架；支架包括纵向支杆3、横向支杆2和垂直支杆7；可调节式的纵向支杆3和横向支杆2垂直交叉连接；垂直支杆7上端与纵向支杆3的一端连接；红外镭射灯1可调节式地安装在横向支杆2上。垂直支杆7下端设在工作台面6上；红外镭射灯1垂直照射在工作台面6上。
将组件4放置在工作台面6上，打开红外镭射灯1，并将其沿着横向支杆2调整到所需位置，红外镭射灯1发射出两条光线形成十字光标并投射在组件4背板上，十字光标的两条光线与铭牌5相互垂直的两条边线重合。
图中的虚线表示的是红外镭射灯1发射出的光线；
使用时：红外镭射光线投射到组件4背板上，两条光线与长短型材边平行时，以十字光标的中心为基点，两条红外线与铭牌5标准位置两边重合，将光标位置校准后进行固定；组件4放置到工作台面6指定位置后，员工以光标十字中心为基准，沿着光线方向进行贴铭牌5。

1. 一种可调节组件铭牌粘贴定位装置，其特征在于：包括工作台面、定位线发射器和支架；所述支架设在工作台面上；所述定位线发射器可调节式地安装在支架上，定位线发射器垂直照射在工作台面上。
2. 如权利要求1所述的可调节组件铭牌粘贴定位装置，其特征在于：所述支架包括纵向支杆、横向支杆和垂直支杆；所述纵向支杆和横向支杆垂直交叉连接；所述垂直支杆上端与纵向支杆的一端连接；所述定位线发射器可调节式地安装在横向支杆上。
3. 如权利要求1或2所述的可调节组件铭牌粘贴定位装置，其特征在于：所述定位线发射器为射出十字光标的红外镭射灯。
